I was very displeased with this funeral home. The staff was not very professional, nor personable. It seemed all they were concerned about was taking the money for the services, which were way over priced to begin with. We did not have our arrangements through them and because of this, it seemed to take much longer for the process to get going. It took them 6 days to cremate our loved one and get us our death certificates. First we were told Wed or Thurs. it would be ready and then it turned into Friday and they were supposed to call. They never did so members of the family showed up after the allotted time at their place of business and still did not have everything ready for us. They offered no grieving counseling or any form of help. I do not recommend this funeral home to anyone.

Our family was extremely pleased with North Brevard Funeral Home and some came from out of state. I was in a daze when my husband passed away, and could not have been treated with more respect and compassion. In the near future my friend and I intend to visit North Brevard to sign up for one of their cremation offers. blessings ~ maxi
