Deplorable!!! i cannot believe that your facility allowed this horrible behavior to happen AND then allowed it the NEXT day!! For WHAT?? To save a few dollars with your payroll??? SHAME ON ALL INVOLVED in hurting this little boy. I can assure you that this one REPORTED incident will SHUT you down as parents, grandparents and others that care for our children will continue to give you negative reviews.

I would give a zero if I could but its not an option. It is sad that you just dont care about a childs safety. You are supposed to provide a safe environment for our children and you failed. I hope you are reported. You knew something happened and let it happen again. That poor kid shouldnt have been in that situation in the first place if you ran your school correctly!!

Amazing director, Wonderful staff, mistakes may have been made in the past but my daughters have been to quite a few daycares in this area and this is by far the absolute best! The director not only cares about her children but the parents too. I would highly recommend this place and nobodys past is going to change my mind! I love you guys at Kindercare.

Unbelievable! Kindercare has no regard for the safety of children. It is unacceptable to allow a small child to be bullied. Shame on you for not correcting the situation and letting it happen again! You should get shut down for such negligance.

I wish I could give this place ZERO stars! This child care facility is UNDER staffed and allows older kids (10 to 12 years old) to bully and abuse younger children (4 to 5 years old)! I definitely do NOT recommend this place for child care.

I hope you lose alll your kids and parents get smart and pull them out. How you could let a kid get hurt is uncalled for. Its not the workers fault just corporate not wanting to pay teachers and make more money.

They do not have enough teachers to supervise everybody. As a result the young little boys and girls have to play with the older boys and girls with results and little boy and girls getting beat up.

This school is understaffed and are allowing 10-12 years old to play with 4-5. And little kids are getting hurt and been bullied because theres only so much teacher can do!
