Unfortunately, Ive gotta give this shop a bad review due to my recent experience. Ive been getting my hair cut here for about a year now. Jeff is the barber that has cut my hair. Last week I made an appointment to meet up with him at 10 a.m on the weekend. He said he would be in at that time, so we agreed to meet then. I had an event to go to, so time was of the essence. I got there at 10:00 a.m and no one was there. The shop was locked. I went to get some food and came back at 10:30 a.m and one of the barbers had finally arrived. I told him I was waiting for Jeff and he told me to text him. I texted Jeff and he did not respond. I waited till about 10:50 a.m and I still hadnt heard from Jeff, so I left. I looked up a barbershop that was nearby, and I found Richies barbershop. They were 5 minutes away. I got there and I got a great haircut right away and they treated me well. Ill be getting my haircuts at Richies from now on.

Today on my special day I visit a new barbershop located in Winter Park right off of Aloma ave. When I saw the barbershop the physical appearance from outside was not very impressed. Should add more to promotion on window. But I came in and was greeted by Junior the barber very friendly and professional. I explain that I want to have a new haircut. The young gentleman barber motivated me to sit in his chair and analyzed my cut and proceeded to orientate me and recommend a new cut with style. Definitely did not expect such greet service or impressive cut. But was shocked by the change of look. I have come out well. Absolutely satisfied and very grateful. I congratulate my new barber and recommend this barbershop ! See you all very soon.

I went to the shop at 6:50pm. Victor told me he was cutting his last head and refused to cut my hair. In the end its your money victor. It shouldnt matter if I walk in at 6:59 if the doors are open, the lights are on, and the "open" sign is lit, my business should be accepted. I ended up going to Davids Cuts and got a great hair cut. I wont be returning to Official cuts any longer. Victor asked me to leave, and I wont return again.

Junior in the back is an amazing barber. Finally have someone to cut my kids. Not to easy finding a barber who can cut an autisic child. Best barbershop ive been to in a while. Excepting credit cards to ! No more quick runs to the atm.

This place is good when they were open. I dont know why they went out of business. But the one time I went there to get my haircut it was great and service my barbers name was Julian. I just wonder why they went out of business.

Second Shop Ive tried in the area and Im not going anywhere else. Just got a hair cut including beard and I love it. Junior and Victor are both really good, I highly recommend Official Cuts.
