We had our beloved Prince (Princer,Princey,Pince )lol we each had our own knicknames for our boy,he was raised with our daughter since she was 5 years old (she just turned 20 and he was her best buddy) cremated at Faithful Friends In Zephyrhills. He developed a cancerous tumor behind his eye.It was caught too late and misdiagnosed as just respiratory infections,we had to make the MOST heartbreaking,difficult decision in our lives and that was to end his pain and suffering and let him sleep sweetly. We all said our goodbyes at home and My husband very reluctantly and with a heavy heart took him to the Vet.I physically was a wreck,just out of the hospital for heart problems, was at complete breakdown stage. He kept me posted on everything that was happening at the vet.Assuring me he felt nothing and it was fast ,he went to sleep peacefully and was no longer in pain. We did NOT want to bury him.I did not want to sell this home and leave him here. We found Faithful Friends Cremation and Damon and Rachel are so very caring and compassionate.I know my fur baby was handled with the love,care,and respect he deserved. They answered any and all questions and knowing how close my daughter was Rachel gave us a beautiful care package with snippets of his fur and two cards so she has one for her home and his paw print inside each card,which meant the world to us!!!! Thank you again Rachel and Damon so much for all of your help and kindness .

Our beloved Milo had to be laid to rest on Saturday August 29,2015. I remembered meeting Faithful friends at a pet expo and how kind they were. We called Damon at midnight to let him know we were on our way to put Milo to sleep. He waited for us to deliver Milo to him. He was so nice. I felt so bad as it was after 1:00 am when we arrived. Today we picked up Milos remains and once again were greeted with a warm and caring environment. They provided a sympathy card with Milos paw print as well as a book mark with seeds to plant flowers. I loved the extra steps to make our experience more pleasant. Thank you Damon and Rachel.

I would highly recommend Faithful Friends Pet Cremation. Carolyn, Rachel and Damon are all wonderful, caring and understanding people. We had to put our 14 year old Golden mix down in Dec 2010 and it was extremely difficult. We had the vet come to the house and Carolyn and Rachel came and picked him up. They were so wonderful and gentle with him. Damon delivered the urn with his ashes and again was so professionl and caring. It really meant a lot to us to deal with such wonderful people. We would highly recomend them.

They put first their clients need to give their animal friends the passage that makes the most sense to them. I cannot express in words my gratitude for their accommodation of the individualized cremation I wanted to offered my two lifelong friends. Simply amazing. From the first interaction, which took place around midnight on a Saturday to us picking up our dog, the staff made the experience as easy as it could be. Amazing, they treated us and our furry friend with compassion, explained the entire process and allowed us to be there from beginning to end. They also have sweet Tinker who serves as a grief counselor.
