I actually feel relieved seeing these other reviews of shared experiences at this agency. I want to call it bootleg, but hesitate because Kelly Services is a good company. Ive worked for them through another branch. So, this Sandy Springs branch that is the problem. Im mostly pizzed that I gave them my time to waste. I attended a "job fair" where I thought Id learn about all the positions that had available. I was carted to a classroom with other waiting candidates, filled out all this paperwork, provided resumes, etc. Agent called me for an individual meeting at his desk. He talked about "submitting" my resume for ONE customer service job for $12. I inquired about admin positions. There were none. Over the next 2 months, the agent called me about "submitting" my resume for 4 different jobs then I never hear back from him to follow up until he decides to "submit" my app again. I would not recommend them to anyone.

Completely Unreliable. I was hired in November of last year for the Gwinnett County Public school "Nutrition Program" (lunch lady). I was hired on the spot by Gwinnett and did finger printing the same day. I also had to take a mandatory physical that included a TB test and a "simulation" obstacle course to prove I was capable of working in that kind of enviorment. I passed all of them. Fast forward to today..I have called multiple times to confirm an orientation day. They have given me days, But no time, no location, and they keep talking about some shitty list that Im not on. For 4 months straight. This has happened SEVERAL times. They are unprofessional, unorganized, and inconsiderate. Im pissed that they have my personal info but not me as an employee. Anyways, Dont Waste your time.

Just spoke with Norma and she was not friendly at all!! I just wanted some information about what to bring and how to get my information to them and she was very rude telling me to "just email us your resume and well get back to you". So I asked if I could find it on their website and she said " No. Just email it to us." Then proceeded to scoff at me for not knowing the email address. Not a very good way to attract any one looking for a job. I hope someone who is in charge there will read this and speak with NORMA about her RUDE attitude.

I went in for a "job fair" for warehouse positions they were having a few weeks ago. When I got there I got the feeling that they talked long enough to me to make me feel like they wanted to help but that was it. The guy I spoke with had only two yes two jobs available...for a job fair??? And he said that one was for a female forklift driver. I have eight and half years experience as a forklift driver and I am a female. So why did I not get the job? I also worked for Kelly Services in NC. Very disappointed.

Not recommended at all. I dont know how these guys are doing business! I am looking to complain their corporate office as well. Called them thrice to get temp help for our office, even spoke with branch manager. They always said theyd send email with contract and never did. I requested to give me email address of branch manager but the girl was not willing to do it. Totally unreliable people unlike corporate Kelly Services.

I tried to get a assingment for this company in july and no luck they always gave me the run around and dead ends. They told me everytime i called they were waiting on a start date and i never got one. This company sucks and need to remove all the jobs they have posted cause those are not real openings

This Kelly Office, they DO NOTHING. THEY HELP NOBODY and still get their Checks from Kelly ! Every call now goes into someones Voicemail. Which is set-up to automatically Delete Messages. Thats America for you, the more deceitful you are the more YOU GET PAID LOL

THEY NEVER HAVE WORK AVAILABLE. ALWAYS slow. They dont even ask for your name or info. Come across as not so friendly. They post jobs and then tell you they are already filled. They may need younger enthusiastic staff and recruiters.

They are very unprofessional, they never return calls and does not handle calls properly with their employees or even concern about their employees needs. Very rude.....I will not recommend this agency to anyone.
