Despite the obstacles that Ive faced trying to find work with Hire Dynamics, Anthony has always been by my side. One job after another, hes stuck it out with me in finding the stability that I need to take care of my family. Its still a struggle bc the jobs that I need, paying more money, higher standards, etc etc is ultimately up to the employers themselves to choose me. I just appreciate the fight. I hear a lot of negative reviews about them not answering the phone, but you have to understand that this location probably serves more than the average Hire Dynamics due to its location. They too have lives guys. April too has been very helpful and any time I come into the office Nelly speaks with a warm smile. I dont have anything negative to say about the staff at all! No im not employed by them & NO Im not getting paid to make this review. This is my REAL experience. They only work as hard as YOUR motivation allows! Help them help you & just maybe youll get the employment youre asking for!

I didnt have a good experience here at all. I was sent here specifically for a call center job, not told that it was going to be a long process. During the last step, employee Nelly Reyan was very rude and unprofessional with me. I asked if I can show her my resume, but she clearly didnt want it, but instead snatched it from me. She finally said that my profile didnt match any jobs and that they would call me if any jobs came up. She claimed I wasnt a good fit but two other employees from other branches told me I was. There was a lot of confusion and deception going on there. Their system had my old number so I dont know how someone would have called me. She made a false judgment of me, was insulting, and prideful. I sought help from others and everyone was immediately defending her, which isnt right. I have no idea how rude people with no customer service skills get these jobs. This office wasnt helpful at all. Staffing agencies that Ive been dealing with are very lazy and pitiful.

I showed up 15 minutes early to interview With Haley. I was asked to sit and Id be helped shortly. Shortly turned to over an hour. Then, the female Id seen leave 10 minutes after Id arrived returned with a fast food cup and told me shed be with me soon. Whyd you leave when you saw me waiting YOU SET THE APPOINTMENT SO YOU KNEW I WAS COMING. I took a 30 minute test then I was offered the job. Sadly days later, I had a death in my immediately family and I misinterpreted her text requestinme to come to a TOUR of the facility. When she contacted me I apologized twice. She never responded again. I was terminated because I missed a tour, not even work. For something I was doing in my free time? But when I say and waited over an hour for her to go eat lunch that was fine. Jokes on you Haley because I got hired directly by the company anyway. Get out of your feelings and do your job.

After recently moving to Atlanta from Baltimore, Maryland one of my friends suggested I contact Hire Dynamics about employment opportunities. Im so glad I did! I was absolutely blown away by their attention to detail and dedication to finding the best fit for me! I was more impressed with how quickly they moved me through the recruitment process. Hire Dynamics immediately scheduled me for an interview with Adrienne Shuler (who is AWESOME btw) shortly after I contacted the agency. We discussed a variety of jobs that she felt I would excel in given my skill set. Adrienne was easy going, energetic and made me feel welcomed. I look forward to my future employment opportunities. The place is great at finding jobs I just wish they could find better paying jobs I went in on a Monday and started work the next day I did not like the job they assigned me to. I call this office often and no one answers the phone I left a message stating them to give me a call still have not got a call back. The people that works in the office are really rude except for the lady at the desk soon as you walk in everyone else is rude April Neely is number one on the rude list she talks down on employees but expect you to return back to work very nasty attitude ...... If you in desperate need of a job this is the place to go but if you can get with another staffing company then go for it.

I was adamant about not accepting any jobs dealing with material handling (boxes), loading/unloading trucks. I was sent on an assignment and had to leave the assignment because that was exactly what it was. I dont think they care too much about your experience, background or what youre looking for theyre gonna send you where they want. Be careful about the jobs you accept because itll probably have something to do with lifting boxes and trucks all day....oh and working 6 days a week. I just wanted a simple job order pulling or forklift driving.

Nelly is one of the worst representatives I have ever met... She does not return calls or answer calls or text and she is very rude!!! She told Ime I could start a position wheny background check came back and I called and called and even went in she was very rude, even tho my background check came back clean. she never even got back with me about the job and its been about a month now... They are a great company but they have terrible representatives there.... If you are assigned Nelly please tell them to change personal as soon as possible!!!!

I have worked with different temp services but none can compare to Hire Dynamics. I love Ms. Adrienne she keeps you informed about whats going on.When I first started she told me dont make her look bad, like every other staffer would but shes different. Ms. Adrienne gives recognition and praise for your work ethic EVERY WEEK.. rather its via email or text she makes sure she gives you the proper thanks and gratitude you deserve. She has dedication and it makes you wanna go to work everyday and represent her to the fullest.

Very unprofessional. They called me in to start this Monday at 12PM. I get to Chime Solutions and I cant start training because my name wasnt in the system. I was instructed to come back the next day and they still had the same problem. Then tonight a woman calls me to tell me that they still cannot find my credentials and that I will not be able to start. COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME . I would choose another staffing agency.
