WORST AGENCY EVER!! They lie to you and use people then stab them in the backs. They pay $11.00/ hour, or so they say. in truth you make $15 but they keep $4. I worked at Carters Distribution Center though Express and after one month you have the option to be hired full time by carters, at which time you would no longer work for express.Their answer to this is over staffing. They send 10-15 people over to start every Friday, then basically purge the people who are about to hit one month and simply replace them with the new people they hired. This way they never lose the amount of work being done nor do they loose money from people being hired full time. People have bills, children, etc. that need to be paid and/or attended to, but this holds no bearing to this Express office. You are nothing more than a number to them, a financial means, and when you become a threat to that financial structure, they terminate you. Do not apply with these people, you WILL regret it. If there was a way to give a negative star rating, it would be -5, absolutely horrid.

Im not employed by Express Employment, nor have I applied. I was checking out their reviews and the past few reviews were pretty good. Then I scrolled down and found some bad reviews. Well, I checked the people who gave the good reviews and it turns out they are public relations & marketing people who have been giving 5 star reviews to Express Employment in many cities throughout the US. I was considering applying for them, but with what Ive seen they appear to be deceptive at the least. I think Ill go with the poor reviews as a measuring stick, and stay clear of this company. Just click on Rennie Lindo, Gabrielle Whitley, and Brittany Calderwood to see what I mean.

They are good people like any other company like like hard workers and people that goes above and beyond I worked at Carter myself I never drove a yard truck and a cherry picker and a pe but I busted my butt everyday and went in with a a good attitude and I went from 11.00$ to 16.00$ in a week I got let go to pointing out due to our child being born now I work at another wearhouse about to get hired on thanks to Andy Lorra Terrie and Holly yall are the best for what yall do for so many people and being just a few
