I will never recommend this guy to anyone!! He had all our debt card information never took the payment out we text him and called him for several months telling him to please take the money out so we wont have to keep such a hard watch on the account to be withdrawn. He finally replies after several months with I lost your debt card info... are you serious!! Then blames us for nonpayment!! He even went as far as trying to sue us and lied saying he has tried to chase us down... um no sir you know where we live you delivered the slide to us and you had our card information since the day you brought the slide to our house!! Its not on us that you didnt take the payment out when you had everything to do it with!! You cant blame us for your ignorance... and the truth will come out because we have all the text messages from every conversation between us!!!

I very rarely take the time out of my day to write bad reviews, but this "company" has earned it. We rented a cotton candy machine from JumpnJacks Moonwalk in September 2015 for a school event. I explained to the owner, Cain Harris, that we were paying for this out of pocket, and would need a receipt so we could be reimbursed by the school. He said hed email the receipt to my wife. He never did. After MULTIPLE calls, emails, and voicemails left, its now over a month later and we still have not received a simple receipt. I found Mr. Harris conduct as a business owner to be extremely unprofessional. If you can use any other business than JumpnJacks, I would highly recommend you do. UPDATE: A day after posting my review, I received a text message from Mr. Harris threatening to sue me if the review wasnt taken down. I still havent received a receipt...

We used Jumpnjacks for my daughters first birthday! I have to say, everything about the experience couldnt have been more easy, straightforward, and positive! They are extremely professional, punctual, and flexible schedule wise! Working with Cain was extremely helpful and he always welcomed your call for questions or information! I always have used a different company in the past but they stopped servicing our area so I had to use jumpnjacks for my daughters party this time around! I wish I had been using them all along, they are AWESOME!!!!! My little girls party was a success thanks in part to jumpnjacks!!!

Very easy to book, very responsive with any help or changes we needed to make! Super easy the day of, our setup guy (I cant remember his name now..)was VERY nice, set up everything for me and went over safety and operating info. Pick up was super easy as well, he called me to make sure when we would be done and we didnt even need to go back outside for anything, he packed it all up and everything was good to go. Loved our experience and will definitely use this company again in the future for events.

Was my first time renting we rented the Rainbow Obstacle Combo it was huge and is the best one also if doing a party snow cone and cotton candy is a must felt like a mini carnival this place is the best and will use them again there was nothing negative to say they dropped off at 7:00am and picked up the next day at 7:00am. Cain was available any time i had questions he took his time and talked to me for a hour. We also rented tables and 20 chairs and generator and everything was PERFECT..

Not impressed. Price on web site was $175, with delivery. However when they arrived I was told it was $200. I had to call to arrange the delivery, after I was told they would call me the day before. The boxing ring was smaller than what I was told it would be, the delivery folks said they would call their boss but hes out of town... so basically, they didnt care. I emailed their boss moments after and have yet to receive a reply.

Being that this was my first time renting a bounce house with attached water slide, Cain was a dream to work with. He was very informative and quick to respond to all my questions. I will definitely use them again and will refer them to all my friends and family. The whole rental process was easy and very competitively priced. Very pleased!

We rented two inflatables (moonwalk & giant slide) for my sons 3 year birthday party in April. The kids and the parents had a blast! JnJ was very professional - prompt service, convenient scheduling, and very nice & clean inflatables. This was our first time using them and were already trying to find an excuse to rent them again.
