Ive been here 3 times. Its always nearly $100 to detail my car. Areas are typically still dirty. The wait is always long unless you have a luxury car. They always seems to rush those and hurry them out front for the world to see. My final straw was when the person detailing my car put my $400 weather tech custom floor mats into someone elses car. They treated me like a liar until I treated to get the police involved. After 2 hours of fighting with the manager on duty he was only willing to help me after my husband researched and found the owners name. At which point they reviewed the video surveillance and saw their error. Then I was completely taken back when they suggested that I go and meet the stranger they gave my mats to. Ummm... no. After a 3 hour back and forth the owner of the car wash agreed to secure my mats and bring them to my home. He was a very nice man and I felt like he went above and beyond for me. In fact, he was the only one. When he arrived at my home he was apologetic and offered me a free detail for the same value I had received that very day. I accepted and ket by gones be by gones. So a couple months later I go to get my free service. I was denied and given the run around about calling the owner to verify. Needless to say I wont be back. There are several other companies that provide better customet service and cost half as much. Dont waste your money.

Well I am from Mississippi, every time I come to Douglasville to visit family I look forward to getting my car cleaned at Cactus Car Wash. In late September/early October, while with my grandson on a Boy Scout trip my wife took my car to Cactus for a full detail including wax $100.00. Usually money well spent, but when I got home (to Mississippi) and saw the car, it had wax residue all over the car. So while in Douglasville for Christmas with the family I went by for just a detail, washing the car and clean out the inside. When the attendant ask about getting a wax, I showed him the results from my last wax, he instructed me to get a printout from my previous visit and speak with the detail manager. The detail manager said it was not wax, it had to be paint overspray (not a chance in hell)!! I would not have gotten near anyone painting anything with a BLACK MERCEDES. The other manager said it had too long since my last detail and they could not have done anything about it anyway. So the $38.00 I spent there today will be my last. By the way I had instructed them to give the inside of the car extra care today, ((note to all future customers)) never do that the car was hardly vacuumed and NOTHING WAS WIPED DOWN and there were still small bits of trash in the car!!!

i patronize this location often. when they first opened it was awesome. but now, lets just say it sux. they broke off the antenna on my Saturn, so they gave me a free car wash, but i dont even remember using the free one. second they lost my antenna to my Chevy HHR, i complaint didnt go anywhere. last month i had my car washed. i was not happy. the more i looked at wasnt done the more i found. so Saturday i went to have my HHR washed again and low and behold i had to point out many things that were missed, no problem we got it before i left. i thought i was satisfied....WRONG>>> i opened my sunroof as normally do and found out the sunroof wind deflector was cracked. i think it was cracked from the blow dryer. so i called to speak to the manager, i was told he would have the owner call me, now its been a couple day and no call to discuss the damages. wow i think i would be better of having a crack head wash my car from now on....IT WOULD BE ALLOT LESS STRESS ON ME...

Took my car in on 12/20/14 to have it washed and detailed. Paid $120.00 to have it cleaned inside and out. When I left, I noticed that all of my radio controls and climate control buttons were fried! took the car back. They filled out a damage complaint form and told me to wait a few days as sometimes too much cleaner is applied and after some time it may evaporate and the controls will be fine. So, I waited. After a couple of days the radio controls did begin to function properly, but the climate control buttons are still completely fried. Took my car back only for them to tell me that they werent responsible. So now, my fan doesnt work, rear defroster doesnt work. When the heat is on it will randomly switch itself to front defrost. And when driving without the heat on, it will randomly turn itself on full blast. DO NOT take your vehicle their! If they damage it, you will be out of luck!

I paid over $100 to have my car cleaned inside and out and I had to sit for 3 hours and wait on it when I was just promised an hour. With a 4 yo and a 6 yo, it felt like 6 hours. To make it worse, out of all of the Ipads they have for kids, only 2 were working. Then when I got outside to my car, there was some kind of substance (like mud) that had splashed up all down the side. They also did not vacuum the back of my SUV. They did take out both car seats and blow them out with an air hose, but they threw away all the toys that were in the pockets without even asking us. Truthfully, I could have run my car through the 3 minute car wash down the road and got the works for $20, vacuumed it out myself, and saved a whole lot of money and TIME!

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!! I was there for over 2 hrs. (2 hours and 20 minutes to be exact) and no one called my name or number letting me know that my car was ready. I had my 3 yr. old with me and we walked to Arbys to get a bite to eat and I saw my car sitting the in Arbys parking lot! We go and get something to eat and then go back to Cactus just for them to tell me that my car has been ready! Really???!!! So, I go and inspect it and the wheels are still dirty, the windows are streaked, and the inside of my car is greasy! Only because my child was with me did I grab my keys and go! BUT, I will NEVER AGAIN take my car to these people . . . I am now out of $40 and my car did not get the treatment that they promised.

Horrible experience. Purchased a car wash for $19.95. My antenna from my vehicle was not taken off and placed inside of vehicle. As a result of companies negligence my antenna was broken. No manager on duty this particular day could help me with my situation. I was asked to fill out a damage claim and call back the next day to speak to the manager. Even though I was upset I still tipped $5.00 for the service. When I spoke to the supervisor the following day I was told they would not reimburse me the $18.75 I spent for a new part. Why would you not take care of a repeat customer for less than the price of a wash. Ill never spend money at this location again.
