CertaPro painters of Norcross did a terrible job of painting my house. They call themselves "Pro" but the people who showed up were amateurs. They used heavy spray on my front door and left it caked with paint. Subsequent fixing did not fix the door paint. They did not caulk adequately; they painted sloppily; did not complete all the tasks on the contract; sprayed paint on my windows and did not clean up after that; and left a lot of debris in my yard which i spend a lot of time cleaning after them. It seems like CertaPro needs to go through Painting 101 and learn how to prep, paint, and cleanup. Afterwards, they came back twice and still did not complete all the work. Apparently, they sub-contracted the work to another painter who further sub-contracted and what we got was low quality painters. The management did not seem as concerned to take care of the job after they got paid. I would not recommend CertaPro to anyone.

I was mostly pleased with the job that certa pro did when they painted the exterior of our home last fall. HOWEVER, there is a small problem that I called about and there has been no responsible response. The paint on the front gutter has puckered and peeled after only 3 months of being newly painted. A fairly large portion peeled off and the darker trim paint that was there previously now shows through. If you look closely, you can see that the rest of the gutter has puckered paint on it as well. When I called about this problem, I was assured that someone would come out and take a look at it. BUT, no one has ever come. Or they didnt notify that they came to look at the problem. And no effort has been made to fix the problem. I dont consider this good customer support, so Im not likely to hire certa pro for future paint jobs.

My experience with CertaPro totally exceeded my expectations. The process began with a visit from estimator – Joe – who has spent over 2 hours at my townhouse walking over every little thing, taking pics and writing out extremely detailed estimate, which he printed out along with the pics and headed over. I was also able to negotiate the price, which was one of the lowest to begin with comparing to estimates from 10 diff companies. Project supervisor – Hugo – took a great care of every minor detail, was extremely cautious, always reachable on his cell. Hugo was doing repairs and painting himself, along with his crew members, supervising the crew. Will definitely hire this company in the future and would recommend to anyone else.

Awesome experience!! I used CertaPro for my entire exterior house painting and could not have been happier with my experience. They were fantastic and blew my expectations away. From the first phone call to schedule my estimate to the job completion these guys were fantastic. They also had a paint consultant come out to meet my wife and I to make a color change. I had multiple estimates from other painters and they were the lowest and best response and customer service. Bill the owner is excellent and my paint crew was meticulous and professional. They did not cut any corners and did a great job with prep and clean up. In case this review seems too good to be true I live in Miramont at Berkeley Lake.

We met Bill through our son as he had painted our sons home in Dunwoody. We got several estimates as we had damage from a neighbors tree. Bills estimate was not the cheapest but he was not the most expensive. We felt confident that Bill and his team would do a good job for us. Rafael and Luis were very respectful and made our old Victorian Ranch look like a raving beauty! Everyone that sees her stops to look and we have had several compliments and thumbs up for the changes. Wish I could post a picture too but maybe Bill will show you when you call him for an estimate. They are a top notch team and even put up with our pickiness! Thank you Bill, Rafael and Luis!
