Wendy who works at the main front desk is EXTRMELY RUDE , not only did she look at me like I was stupid for coming when she asked me too but she called me alll the way to the office just to tell me that my resume didnt fit the job , which I was perfectly fine with but why couldnt she just tell me that on the phone ?? She had me come over an hour away making me think I actually had a chance on getting the job , She was very hateful . This has nothing to do with not getting the job , it has everything to do with how she wasted my time. I will never ever try to work for surge staffing again , that was the worst service I have ever had . I dont understand how she continues to work there when people have so many negative feed back about her and the company? She is very unprofessional and needs to be fired for how she treats people . I am very unimpressed with how surge staffing treats people , they should hire people who have good attitudes and actually care about helping people , these people dont care a thing about helping people. If I could give them negative zero stars ? I definitely would . WENDY talks to people any kind of way she wants to, she says shes just being "blunt" . No . Shes being stuck up and hateful . I will tell anyone who tries to come work for surge to NOT work for them , or even come to the office . DISRESPECTFUL STAFF

Worked for Muller for about 3 weeks through surge. The Women that were hired on were very jealous- acting and rude. I started working at Muller with mid-length nails that are my own... on my first day I asked if it would be a problem and got the answer no. 2 weeks later a surge employee calls and lets me know my assignment had ended. I didnt get an answer to why until a week later and I finally found out it was nails. Surge didnt seem to have a problem with that. It was a sweep under the rug, I guess. Smh.

First impression is key - Unfortunately Sheila at the front desk bombed on first impression. I was completely put off by her attitude and lack of professionalism. Even though Im in need of a job badly, Sheila seems like she needs a new one. With that said I will not be applying with this agency because if its acceptable for the front desk to behave with such horrible customer service I can only imagine how I would be treated as an employee / job seeker.

My husband and his brother went in and the lady behind the main desk was so rude and put it that she was "blunt" no. She was VERY rude. Told them to go online and good luck basically. She just gave us dirty looks and a snobby attitude that sucked. Very bad service . Refuse to apply through them.
