James Norman

There is a very rude barber named James who works here ! James had to be the most inexperienced I have ever had to cut my hair . This mans arrogance was off the charts !!! This guy didnt even line up my mustache then when I reminded him to he got upset with me because I reminded his Gary Coleman looking ass that he forgot to do so ... He rushed my hair line and didnt even touch my beard .... DO NOT GET CUT BY JAMES ... I have major problem with leaving the barbershop looking the same way I entered. Literally all of the other barber clients looked great but each one of Jamess clients literally looked the same. I feel like Ray Charles & Stevie wonder couldve done a better job at cutting my hair than James did . The barbershop itself is great I just feel like the owner couldve made a better descion before hiring James to work there .

Absolutely disrespectful customer service. A walk-in could sit there for 4 hours when all the barbers are available and still get NO service. I literally sat for two hours and the person I wanted to go to was working on someones beard for over 2 HOURS! This place is a joke and they have no efficiency and respect for clients. Im never going back.

Good atmosphere for kids, Raul is really nice. Was not satisfied with the barber we had been going to. Was very unprofessional when I asked him to take more off the top of my sons hair. Will not return here. Use any other barber here except James aka Philly J.
