This was my second time attempting to get my sons haircut. If you dont know them dont even bother. It says walking are welcome but Im wondering when because Ive been turned around twice and it was during the week around 3 and 5pm. They barely acknowledge you when you walk in the door and the one time I actually got his hair cut the girl took almost 2 hours to cut my sons hair and over charged me saying it was a styled cut......really? He had nothing special and it say 12 for kids cut on the door but charged me 17. This place is a racket and obviously they are getting too much money because they dont care for new customers.

Ive been going too Kutz Remix for 3 years an counting. From its first inception it has been nothing but a complete joy to visit. A place where everybody knows your name, an treat you like one of the fellas. All of the barbers, rather they be male or female, make it a point for the customer to receive TOP NOTCH WHITE GLOVE SERVICE. They make sure that they make your experience a pleasant an personal one. The number #1 barbershop in Gwinnett Co. Georgia hands down.

This barbershop is lousy ! Every time I go here the barber by the name "james" tries to charge me more. First he charged me $10 then the next time I went he tried to charge me $15 for a design he choose to do in my head on his own(I did not request a design). Then I decided to go back again for a regular haircut (I made it clear I wanted a regular haircut) and he tried to charge me $17. That is just RIDICOULOUS!!

Giving them 4 stars to get that rating up... Youll get a better cut here than anywhere within 5-10 miles as a man...if you are looking for a modern cut. Especially with a fade. Ive been twice and gotten the lopsided treatment, though...once on my sideburns, and once on my beard. Horrible with walk-ins usually, but nice people. Wish they played music more--they have the dj booth gimmick

I have never seen a more disorganized, Un-customer friendly, and unprofessionally ran company in my life. Unless you are one of their friends dont expect to get treated with any sort of respect. We were not the only ones to walk out of there Un-satisfied and without a haircut.

Just Walked in, and walked right back out. No acknowledgment, noone seem like they wanted to cut hair when asked about walk-ins. Literally sat there and stared at each other as if the phrase "Make the Money" didnt exists. Sad

Sat and waited for 2 hours for a simple line up. 4 barbers and not a single one could finish their current client in under 2 hours. Had to walk out.
