The Jones-Wynn Funeral home is one of the premier providers of compassionate care in the United States. They have the distinction of receiving the National Funeral Directors Associations " Pursuit of Excellence" award annually for more than a decade. Their commitment to serving their community, focus on continuing education and compliance to all regulatory standards is a bellwether in their profession. Having recently endured a traumatic loss in my family, it became clearly evident that the entire Jones-Wynn team was poised to provide me with support, encouragement and unrequited love during my time of need.

The staff are friendly and caring, and they were kind enough to let us use the kitchen, etc. at no extra charge. However, the photo cd ($125 - ridiculous) was done poorly and at the last minute (they were still working on it when we got there). The business end was the real problem, though. They acted like theyd never done this before, leaving off certain paperwork, contacting the wrong person (when I watched him write down the proper contact myself), not sending in the proper documentation, things which caused it to take longer than was necessary to get things done. Annoying, defensive. Not recommending.
