I Was In The office one morning and the guy "Mitch" was on the phone with Somebody and soon as he hung up he talked about that guy on the phone and talked about other people that came in the previous morning just disrespectful. He should be fired .. all of them really cause they all joined in on making fun of others like kids in high school. The job they send you too are Mexican sweat shop jobs and everybody look like they have no papers and they cant even speak English. Dont ever go to this one in Bolingbrook idk how others ones are but this one is garbage. MITCH IS GARBAGE.

Horrible agency. They call you to place you on a assignment and then later on that same day say you can no longer work with randstad. Why call someone if you arent going to place them? Customer service is extremely rude. They never answer the phone NEVER. If you call more than once they will literally tell you to please stop calling because your blowing up the phone. They are really rude. If you are at the office you will constacly hear them talk about people who they just spoke to on the phone

A couple months ago I called to ask about a forklift assignment but a young lady there said i couldnt get any work because I hadnt driven a lift in the last 6 months. Then, the guy that runs the place, Ryan, called me and said he was sorry, asked me to remove the comment. I called a month later asking if they could help me, he said only if i remove the comment, so i did and he then ignored me, so its back. Thanks for the black mail and the false hopes..

The hiring process is one of the fastest that I have experienced when it comes to staffing agencies, went in on a Tuesday for 2 hours within the time I was there I was asked to take a Certification and Drug test, was given a assignment which started on Sunday. Shirley Guardia was extremely helpful and professional.
