Yesterday I took my car in for the full service. Vacuumed-yes. Cleaned inside windows-yes. Hand dried outside-yes. Cleaned the gunk out of my 3 year olds carseats cup holder-yes. Awesome..but did not do anything else. I thought-Ok, well maybe its the "B team" working today, because Ive been happy here in the past. So today I had to take my husbands car in. Horrible. Did not do sh&*t on the inside. Cup holders full of same debris, dashboard still dusty and dirty and I could go on..basically just vacuumed the floor. I actually asked the guy on way out if this was suppose to be part of the service..this" being wiping down the inside of the car such as the dashboard and the door handles and cup holders etc... He just smirked and cleaned in front of me the obvious example I was pointing to...but nothing else and I certainly wasnt going to go thru and point out everything as I saw this as a no win situation..... Now, This is just a car wash--no need to get all bent out of shape, right? So I wasted about $60 bucks at this place between today and yesterday---yes I still tipped (5 bucks each visit) about half of what I would have tipped had it been a decent job because I am not a complete ass...but you should get what you pay for. I wont be going back.

I just took my car to be detailed there. I wanted it completely cleaned inside. I was told on the phone by Miguel that it would take 60-90 minutes to get it done. When I finally took the car in, the guys there said that it would take up to 2 hrs. I told them that I was told 60-90. They said they would try. When they were done after and hour and a half, they didnt even clean the trunk. He said its not part of the inside! How is the inside of the trunk not part of the inside? They said they would only vacuum it, which they did quickly (barely removing the liner that is laying inside) I then get in the car, and notice that the dome lights, which had food stains on it from the last owner of the car, was still there! He then told me that if I wanted it cleaned better THEY WOULD NEED 4 HOURS!!!??? Why wasnt I told this before on the phone??? This weekend I plan on going over the whole job to see what else they missed, but all in all this was a very disappointing job that was done that I paid $80 for. I sent this info through their contact link on their web site. Lets see if they even respond.

I had a detail done at Swift and the appointment was at 7 am i was quoted about 4 hours 5 houra at the most the previous day when i schedules my appointment. Now that is understandable i was the first car in the lot and i was told 12 pm it would be done since they didnt have many other appointments that day. So for 170 dollars this was a good deal. But when it ended up taking till 330 pm i was pissed. I tried calling 5 times with no answer i showed up at 2pm wondering what the heck i was told only 20 more minutes so i sat in the parking lot for an hour and asked the guy again and he said 5 minutes another half hour flies by so finally my car is done. You would think after a 8 1/2 hour detail itd be spotless right well apparently not there were water spots on the mirrors and on the windshield. When i asked where the manager was he said he didnt know. I had to leave because i was already 1 1/2 hours late to work and when i tried to call on my break no one answered. Awful dont waste your money or time.

This place is horrible. please do not waste your money here. we actually got a monthly subscription to this place but we will definitely be cancelling it and not renewing. every single time that I come here the vacuum cleaners are not turned on so you cant even use them. sometimes when you show up for a car wash when they are supposed to be open they are just randomly closed. I drive for Uber and it is very important that I keep my car very clean and well-maintained but everytime I try to come to this place its something else. there was a time I showed up to just clean my own car out and they didnt have any garbage cans out. I will definitely be taking my business elsewhere.

This was my first time having my car detailed at Swift Wash. I couldnt be happier with the service. The price was excellent for the services that I received. My car looked better that it had in years. I was taking it to be traded in and ended up getting much more for my car than I had anticipated due to the great work of the folks at Swift Wash. Very fast service as well. I was told it would take 2-3 hours. I got a call in an hour and a half saying it was done! I especially appreciate when places under-promise and OVER-deliver! Awesome! Thank you!

AWESOME!!! SOOOO worth the money-although its not expensive! You can get a coupon on their website. I have a toddler and my car hasnt been cleaned for a year at least. It needed it SOOOOO bad! Its a brand new car!! It takes about 3-4 hours to get it cleaned so prepare for that, bring it in in the morning so you can be one of the firsts. Its WORTH IT! I would bring my car back again! Told all my friends about it. You would never know I had a toddler. I had goldfish and crumbs EVERYWHERE even under the seats and there are NONE!

Machine broke mirror off, I had to pay to repair myself due to no call back from Tom. Now I would like to cancel my membership and get a refund because I have not been able to get a car wash since January 5th. That can only be done on Sundays. Ill let you know how that goes. Update I went in May 22 and was reimbursed for 3 months that I was not able to wash my vehicle, not for the mirror repair. They offered 1 yr membership free which I declined. I chose to cut my losses and the possibility of more damage later.

While the car wash equipment is excellent and the detail oriented works do an amazing job inside, there is a very rude older - blonde lady manager inside the detail shop that has very poor manners. This manager has no respect for the customers that support their business, nor realizes it is because of us that she is there. I have vowed now not to use the detail ship again, and only go for the quick wash and out. The lady is down right RUDE.

I signed up for the membership where you pay a monthly fee for unlimited washes. They will give you a RFID sticker and suppose to communicate with their computer but never worked. I always had to call their employee to type in the number manually. Sometimes they are friendly sometime they are rude. had to call the manager Tom. he is very friendly and response quick and communicative. Will work with him on solving the RFID issue.
