I had a very small order to be printed for my college internship . Came in a Saturday was assured it wouldve ready Monday. I called Monday morning to confirm was told to pick it up at 5. I called at 3 and was told it would be ready at 7. Drove home after work and called at 7. Was told he forgot it at warehouse and project was so small that it was left at warehouse. My project was due next day. He blew me off only to tell me it was so small he left it warehouse. I explained I always try to support black business and this is bad service. The next day I found a printing setvice( white owned) they never complained how small it was. I ordered it in morning and it was complete it and ready for pickup 6 hrs later. No issues no around. Long story but very disappointed with this business. We try to support or own black businesses in our own hood but I dont care if order is small or large - a sale is a sale. No customer deserves run around- I mean I sat down with the guy to order. Dont come to this business unless you have large orders. But if you want it done quick and with excellent customer service---sad to say suburbs.
