I give this "Day Care" 0 stars. i had a bad experience my child who was enrolled in there was pulled by the teacher by the arm she moved her to sit on the floor forcing her by both arms later while my child was kicking and crying, i mentioned it to the people in the office as i was very disturbed by this issue. & while it was CAUGHT ON CAMERA they told me they did not see child abuse. THEY DID NOTHING ABOUT the issue did not suspend the teacher or anything. they would not give me any answers to what was going to be done with the teacher while the teacher looking from her room laughing. they are NOT PROFESSIONAL! parents voice DOES NOT COUNT! which to my eyes it was child abuse NOBODY should be allowed to touch a child or talk to them in any sort of way. Not to mention there was a few incidents that happened to my child as well she even told me the teacher smacked her hand i went of coarse teacher denied it and also she mentioned to me one teacher spanked her classmate in the bathroom. These people shouldnt be working there if they do not know how to treat kids they should be working in a JAIL department taking care of INMATES if they want to act in this matter. the OWNER herself did not show to have a conference with me? why? have no idea they people in the office just said shell be here tomorrow never came i took my children out of there ASAP! i suggest if your child attends this daycare please ask make sure everything is alright with them or remove them from that HELL PLACE! now my children attend a new day care which they love this place there was times they would cry not wanting to stay! this place needs to be INSPECTED as i agree with the review before mine carpets are old and black/dirty

The daycare center isnt sanitized. The children are not receiving the proper learning skills. The teachers are not paying attention to the children needs. I found out the hard way not to go by location of a school looking at the ratings are helpful but seeing for yourself is more believable. My three kids went there for two days and I found out my child told me his teacher pinched him. If you love your child and want a good education go find another daycare center. The floors, walls, carpet, pillows, toys, restroom areas are very dirty. When you walk into the center it smells really bad. Thank you for reading this I hope this was helpful.

My experience with fresh start has been great! My daughter attends the pre k and daycare program here at fresh start, she has learned a lot. Her number, Abcs, months, spelling her name,etc.....Sometime it becomes hard to get her to come home.lol! what I like most about fresh start, the diverse environment, they trully care about the children, and are open to hear about us parents needs and wants for our kids. The director ms. Araceli and the teachers are the best! I thank them for all the work that they do. I can on and on but Ill be writing a novel.

The worse place you could ever send your child. The staff and owner are incompetent. If youre fine with: 1. Your child being sick constantly 2. Being forced to "contribute" to a fundraiser and if you dont pay, it gets added to the tuition Then this is the place for you. Spend a little extra money and take your child to a clean and quality facility/educational environment. You will be able to compare and tell the difference.

I had a great experience with Fresh Start Daycare. My daughter loves attending, she is always surprising me with new things she learned in daycare. Her Spanish has improved, knows her days of the week, numbers, months, colors and shapes. The daycare is always looking so clean and teachers are so sweet and attentive with us. I just love it!!

I want to give kudos to my daycare for working with us parents while the state is currently going through a financial situation! While other centers are closing their doors my center remains open and trying to keep things going as best they can. Im glad I picked this center for my kids, they love it!

The center needs improvement all around. The center has too many children! The kids dont get the time they need with teachers by themselves. The restrooms need to painted and cleaned properly. Overall, they need a make over and more qualified teachers.
