Terrible service on my first attempt. Be aware that they cant print word docs, only pdfs. It took them 24+ hours to convert four word docs into pdf format. Of course they never bothered calling me to tell me this. I could have easily done it in a minute or two and resent the files. Every time I called I was told Id be called back. I never was. When I finally got there to pick up my order I stood around for a while six employees were off in la-la land. I was talking to another customer who confirmed they are terrible when it comes to a seemingly simple job. I wont be giving them my service ever again.

Maybe Ive done something wrong, or I misunderstood something... but a 4 pages fax for 4 dollars, and 1 single scan for 5 dollars !!??? WTF ? Isnt it a "little" too much ? First I thought he was kidding... or maybe I did not say hello loud enough when I entered (?) or maybe it was the price for the virus that I got on my flash drive after that... At least they are nice. I mean, not particularly impolite. And it was done very quickly.

I am a graphic designer and use this shop to print promotional materials every few months, and have always received excellent service. They usually print my order immediately, and always run a proof for me to approve before printing the entire job. I most often print full color posters or flyers, and the pricing is the best Ive found in the Chicago/Evanston area.

Ive used Quartet for several projects, including having the spine cut of music books and the book rebound with spiral coils. (It makes the music much easier to play. The book stays open rather than pages flipping back.) The staff has ALWAYS been very friendly, very fast, and very efficient, and the price is very reasonable. I enjoy using Quartet.

Staff has a horrible attitude and they are not helpful. This place is extremely unreliable. You might as well buy a printer and do it yourself. Just about any other print shop will do a better job and they will actually treat you like a valued customer. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else to get your printing done/binding done.

I have been working with Quartet for many years and have always had a positive experience. They are helpful, timely, they know what they are doing. and the quality of their work is always great. AND their prices are very reasonable. I would highly recommend them.

Do. Not. Get. Copies. Here. The staff was incredibly rude to me when I showed up to pick up my copies to find that they closed three hours earlier than their schedule said. The man treated me like an idiot AND I didnt get my copies. Awful customer service.

Horrible...my husband gets 2 pages scanned and it cost him $1.00...I get 3 pages scanned cost me $5.00!!!!! what a bunch of rip offs. ask before you get anything done and then shop around. plenty of other places to go to.

The customer service here keeps getting worse. Some of the people at the counter just have a really nasty attitude. If you dont like your job, quit, but you dont have to take it out on me.

I used them recently to copy and bind a brief for federal court. They were great -- even converted my file on disc to PDF for me.
