Today I did not have a pleasant experience at this location because,of the current manager that was there,(was told they dont return or refund on rentals, after having the rental for 20mins I realized we rented this movie once b4) as well as the new sarcastic employee that was there March 1st around 3pm,as many others I will be returning back to the Park forest Location where customer serve IS their TOP priority!
