My family has been going to Freer for years. When I was little, my mother almost totaled her car in an accident and when we got it back, it looked and drove as if nothing ever happened. A few years back, they did some work on my Sebring and I honestly dont know how they did it. It was like magic! So beautiful! And recently, my chrysler 200 was in there for hail damage and they are, by far, the best people to have ever worked on my vehicles for body repair. Cosmetics are their thing. My car was breath taking when I seen it. I dont know how they do it but it was perfect! Looks amazing! It is a bit pricey but the quality of work is unbeatable. The timing worked out great for me. Less than a day! The staff has always been wonderful. I know that some peoples personalities are a little dry and can be perceived as being rude but honestly, if you get them into a conversation, you will see things differently. But I LOVE the rose they give you. It is so thoughtful! A nice touch to the whole experience along with cold water. Customer service is great. A warm welcome from the lady in the front and a warm goodbye as well. I love waking up to my gorgeous car all fixed up and then entering my car that smells so good, is cleaner than when I dropped it off and that shows respect. I am a clean freak when it comes to my car. They made it better. They vacuumed the inside and whatnot without asking. The Freer sign in the floorboard reminds me that they are mindful to keeping a clean mind frame for picky people like me. They care and respect the inside and its a great feeling. They took very good care of my car. I will return in the future as i always have when I am in need. Thank you!

pure arrogance from Tim Freer. i called asking about getting an estimate and he was condescending and acted as if i was bothering him. i have been in the auto repair business ( not collision repair ) for as many years as he has been alive and he talked to me like i had no knowledge of cars. he refused to work with me on getting an estimate and informed me that they were busy as if my business didnt matter. after the way he acted i wouldnt tell anyone to go to their shop. he needs to learn that it doesnt take much effort to try to be accommodating and treat people better that may become customers. if he has that attitude towards potential customers i have to question his integrity as far as quality of work goes.

You replaced the under hood light. You did not aim the headlamps. You reimbursed us for the wheel alignment you did not do. The paint matched pretty good, but the rust on the left quarter is already popping through since it was not repaired as I requested with new metal but just puttied up with bondo and undercoated in the trunk. This is the best of our three cars so I am kind of dissapointed since a magnet will not stick to the quarter panel you repaired the rust on. Also bolts missing on front lower air deflector. Jim Voils

WOW, talk about outstanding customer service. I was extremly impressed with how I was treated at Freer. The entire staff was so accommodating and pleasant, The work that they did on my car was impeccable, you cant even see where it was reparied. I will be recommending them to anyone who would need to have their vehicle repaired. It is no wonder that they are a top rated shop.

I took my new car there after a dog had jumped on it and scratched it in a couple places. They looked at it without an appointment and then told me it was an easy fix and buffed the scratches out for FREE! How many businesses do anything for free these days especially when they could have easily charged me. I will definitely use them in the future and also recommend.

My wife hit a deer and we came in to Freer to see if they could work with our insurance company. The first thing they asked is if she was ok! That means the more than anything...they are truly concerned for thier customers. The staff has been great. I highly recommend Freer Auto Body to everyone!!

Dont know how their work is cause I couldnt make it past the rudeness of the employees or owners. Guess business is good, cause they sure didnt act like they wanted mine. Sarcastic, short and just plain rude.
