The owner does magnificent hair. Unfortunately by appointment only. I didnt have an appointment and settled with his second chair man. I should of ran! The man had to suck his spit Everytime he spoke, never cleared his throat and it sounded gurgly Everytime. He couldnt hold a conversation even if you scripted one for him. His hands where shaking and as I do have a minor bald spot on top. I now have 2 additional bald spots in the back where his clippers cut into. I wanted short on the sides and just a little longer on to to where I can still comb my hair back nicely. Instead I look like a butched lesbian with shaved sides ( OK) and 4-6 inch top. The solution to his mistake was wet it more to appear less. I WILL NEVER COME HERE UNLESS UM TAKEN CARE OF BY THE OWNER AGAIN!!!!! Message to the owner: I apologise for the review, but he sucks dude!

Marlowe has been cutting my hair since we were both teens, during that time we listened to a lot of rap music and gossiped. Times havent changed, he still cuts my hair while we listened to Tupac and gossip about celebs. He does great work and were pretty good friends. I recommend booking an appointment before you go, hes openings book up pretty quick. Even me, a person hes know for years (weve shared meals together), I dont get a pass. I have to book my appointments just like everyone else. Its worth it though, I get compliments about my hair everyday. One day its going to help launch my music career... no it wont but I can dream!

Ive been with Marlowe since the day he opened his door. Hes that "I got a guy" I recommend him to anyone who is looking for a great barber. The man is an expert. Hes passionate about his work. Also, prices are good remember that you are paying for a professional experience. If you are a man and looking for a serious Barbershop in the south suburbs or Frankfort/Mokena area this is the place to go.

I was driving through town and needed a head buzz with clippers, in and out 5 minutes tops. Google said they were closest, door said appointment only when I got there and even though there was no one there the barber said he couldnt accommodate me. Whatever, wouldve gave him $20 just to buzz my head.

Recommended. Marlowe, the owner, is a talented barber who doesnt rush you out the door. It is by appt only and hes popular so you will have to schedule around a week in advance.
