I filled out an application a few weeks before they called me back for an interview. I was told that I could take a typing and possibly a placement test. I get to the office and I am offered a job that is almost an hour away from where I live. I was essentially told that this position was the only job that they had available for me. The pay was low even though I am in college and have experience but I would get full time hours. I begin training that is only supposed to last for two weeks but ended up being four, which meant that I did not get the full time hours until about 7 weeks in. Then the issue with my paycheck began. The company payed me short two weeks in a row. Not a dollar or two but over $100. Lasalle is not even sure how the company records our time that we work ,besides the time sheets that we turn in ourselves. I still did have not gotten paid fully. Earlier this week I had a family emergency and called in as like I was asked to do by Lasalle. The assignment coordinator was so rude about my family member being rushed to the hospital, and continued to reiterate that the client is very busy right now and needs me there. I was so disgusted by this conversation I resigned from the job and Lasalle(informally).

This place is a joke, like the previous review i was brought into the office but not before i had a 30 minute discussion with one of them over the phone about my concerns over wasting my time. Showed up to the office in full interview attire and never really heard anything from them, was told by both recruiters that i was interviewing for a real position however i was apparently interviewing for nothing. I was told later by one of there recruiters that they only place like 10 percent of the people who come in there. The bottom line is when you go in for a interview you put 100 percent of your time into the process, if they are going to put 10 percent effort into it or even 0 percent the least you could do is just tell me that. No one ever returns a phone call, god only knows what they do with your information. Go actually interview with Aerotek across the street at least they will give you a real chance.

My experience with this place, is no experience. I have gotten repeated emails about jobs stating, "Please send me your information ASAP, as this position wont last long". I do this, and then nothing..I wont say any names, however at the Arlington Heights office, I have sent numerous emails and have never gotten a reply. I have called many many time and never gotten a call back. When I went for my "interview" I was told, based on my resume and experience, they may have a position for me right away, we are just waiting for this other person to come in a discuss it with you. The other person comes in and discusses everything but the position with me, matter of fact he appears more interested in tooting his own horn. Ridiculous

Typical lousy contract agency They lured me into the office, even though I vowed not to play this game with these crap agencies anymore, because they said there was a bonafide FTE job on the table. After I drove 30 miles each way, wasted an afternoon, and filled out their paperwork, and met with the nit wits, I never heard from them again and the job disappeared. As a result, I have given them negative references for their bad behavior. Tip if a recruiter insists on meeting with you they are likely wasting your time to pump you for contacts and add you to their list. Do not bother. If they send you to the client for an interview that is different.

After 4 months of searching for a job after graduating, I contacted Laselle for help. I worked with Melissa in Oak Brook, who literally matched me with a job the same day. I went to the interview and was impressed by the company and the employer, and received the job 3 days later. I had a lot of questions initially, and Melissa always got back to me the same day. Without Laselle, I would still be frantically looking for a job. My experience here was nothing othera excellent. I recommend Laselle to anyone who is having trouble finding employment.

LaSalle helped me move on from a lose-lose situation at a employer, they set the right expectations and I knew exactly what i was walking into when I got to the job that they assigned me to. The job ended up hiring me on full time and now I am happy to be apart of the team that I have become apart of. They always made sure everything was going ok for me at the assignment even after the company signed me on as a permanent employee LaSalle called to see how everything was going. This is a first class agency and I would recommend them to anyone.

Wasted an entire day at this agency meeting with their "team" of professionals. After my visit, I called and emailed them repeatedly and the only thing they came up with was a PT temp job that paid $10 an hour. What a joke! I have over 10 years admin experience and they couldnt find a job for me. Dont waste your time here!
