Minoo is the BEST hair stylist that I have ever been to and I unfortunately have been to many that I was never satisfied with. She gives such an amazing hair cut and really listens to what you want. She also colored my hair beautifully and she gave me the exact color I had explained to her. She uses Aveda hair color which is so much more healthy for your hair than other hair dyes, so shiny and vibrant and leaves your hair silky soft. Minoos salon is comfortable and relaxing unlike those loud and busy salons that you always feel so rushed in. As a person Minoo is such a warm and caring person that makes anyone feel comfortable . Bottom line if you are looking for a new hair stylist look no further, you will love her !!!!!!

I got a haircut from her a while back. No complaints on the cut. I have straight, long hair and just got a trim. What I really didnt like were the products she used in my hair. She treated it with several oils, and did not wash them out completely. My hair isnt thin, but you cant oil down straight hair. I left looking filthy, like I hadnt showered in several days. I had to immediately go home and wash my hair before I could be seen in public. I would think that any experienced hair stylist would know better than to grease up straight, long hair. In addition to this, I paid more than I wanted to for such a simple cut. Usually, it only costs me ~$30, but here I paid $45. I wont be going back.

Im not sure why all these reviews say its affordable, but she charged me $40 for a haircut (and this is DISCOUNTED from $45). Ive paid $35 at MOST with other salons. The service was good the first time I went. Then, when I called to schedule a bang trim and wanted to know the price of a haircut, she asks me how much I paid last time. When I said $40, she said "Ok, $40 it is then for a haircut." I tried requesting for a lower price for a haircut, and she says "Im busy with a client right now. If you want a trim, then 1:30 p.m. If not, then let me go."

I would happily recommend Minoo to anyone that is looking for a professional and friendly hair stylist. Shes a great listener and works w/ you to understand your hair and customize the treatment it requires. She is clearly very well-trained and knows her way around hair (I appreciate that she does not give you any attitude when you ask her "basic" questions about haircare). She is also great w/ recommendations on good Aveda hair care products, etc. She is very meticulous and always does a great job at an affordable price....

Minoo is a great stylist. Im a male and usually pay over $35 to get a haircut. Not only does Minoo do a better job than my other hair stylist, but she is more affordable! She listens to what you want and will also provide good recommendations. The head massage at the beginning is also a great benefit. If you want a quality haircut at a great price, Minoos Salon is the place to go.
