Ive been here 50+ times, never once disappointed. its my top 2 Mexican restaurants in the Indy area and my favorite quick Mexican restaurant. To compare Tijuana flats with a Qdoba or Chipotle wouldnt be fair at all. The quality of food is beyond compare. No wilted lettuce, no grissly meat, and the chips are always fresh - Qdoba rarely has fresh tasting chips. In all the variety of things my wife and I have tried I have never detected the use of a microwave on my food. The staff at Tijuana flats are really great. They come to your table to deliver the food, provide refills, take away plates, etc. If you want the best, fast & fresh Mexican food in town Tijuana flats is your best pick.. I stake my guides good name on it.

This place is like a locally owned Chipotle/Moes but without being able to see your food or pick what you want on it. Its a good concept but poorly executed. The staff needs more training since they look and act unprofessional. There is a sauce bar which lets you try out their variety of restaurant branded sauces. (no salsas) I tried a several, and they were gross... think battery acid... and I enjoy spicy/hot food. I saw people go try one type and never go back. For those of you that are health conscious, if you are looking for decent amount of protein from the burrito or bowl, youll be disappointed. Overload of rice and beans and not much else.

My family went here yesterday night. It was around 7:30 on a Sunday and there were 6 of us. This was by far the best experience we have EVER had at a restaurant. I work is customer service, and this was truly exceptional. EVERYONE made us feel welcome and they were so patient. We had never been there before and we were not sure how to order. They worked with us and everything was FANTASTIC. I cannot say enough good things about the people and the food. I cannot wait to go back!

Tijuana Flats is one of my top three weekday lunch spots. I believe the prices are appropriate. Granted, youll pay more here than you will for fast food, thus that must be the standard the other reviewers are using. The portions are large; however, they will allow you to place half orders! I enjoy the outgoing staff, the casual atmosphere, and the salsa bar that contains a peppery seasoning range from mild to "permanently damaging."

One of my absolute favorite places to eat in all of Indiana. I nearly always stop here to get food even if Im only remotely hungry. Staff is always attentive and more than accommodating, Ive been given free drinks, nachos and even a sangria&margarita mixed drink when in a crunch. You really must stop here to grab some fresh Tex Mex and if you havent yet than you are missing out!

Delicious tacos and chips! The staff are incredibly attentive and friendly. The restaurant is a little cramped, but not too crazy even when its busy. The main allure of this place is a "hot sauce bar" where they have some 10+ hot sauces ranging from sweet to nightmarishly painful and hot. Its a fun little gimmick, but the place would still be worth the visit without it.

What a wonderful surprise to eat here! I thought it was your normal mexican restaurant that are on about every corner. I wont mention any names. . . Tijuana Flats was clean, food was prepared fresh & delicious with perfect amount of food. The staff was attentive even though it was quite busy. Price was a bit high but Ill pay for good food and service!!!!

Tijuana Flats offers a slightly different take on Mexican food, at least for the items that I have ordered. A huge salsa bar is always a hit with tons of varieties. There is always something new to find in the decor. I usually order the steak flautas with queso sauce and some chips. Everyone in my group always seems to enjoy what they order.

Some of the best Tex-mex I have ever had. Their menu offers a wide variety of options. You honestly cannot go wrong with anything they serve. The prices are reasonable for the portion size. I would recommend this place to everyone. Try the hot sauce bar for a wide variety of flavors and spices....oh and crushed ice...makes every drink better!

OMG PLEASE try Tijuana Flats before you go back to Chipotle or Qdoba. SO MUCH BETTER. Their chips are like crack, their sauce bar is awesome, and their tacos are AMAZING. Burrito bowls, burritos and guacamole are delish too. Service is always great. Their desserts though...please just try the Cookie Dough Flautas...you wont be disappointed!

Excellent tex-mex spot right off the interstate. Chips and queso are awesome. Its a little more expensive but not by much. Hot sauce bar is an interesting novelty. Be sure to try each one with your fork before dumping on your food! Most are quite hot. It felt extra greasy, and there arent a whole lot of lite options.

I always go here while Im home. I was disappointed that they didnt offer the green chili anymore as it was quite good. The food is always fresh tasting and the sauce bar offers quite a few options to find something you like. This is your typical tex Mex place, if you enjoy On the Border this is your cup of tea.

Just had lunch here. The steak tacos were excellent as always, but the past several times Ive eaten here Ive noticed that the queso has changed; its a lot more watery, and it DOES NOT thicken as it cools off at all. Ill still come for tacos, but Ill skip what used to be my favorite part of the meal.

Tijuana Flats is the best Mexican food restaurant in or around Fishers. Unlike the chain faux Mexican restaurants TF has high quality, fresh ingredients. The ambiance isnt great, but Im there for the food. Their hot sauce bar is to die for! Service has always been courteous and swift.

Great fresh food. Fast, hot so good. Loved the hot sauce bar and they have adult beverages! 32 for lunch a 2 adult beverages. Little pricey but worth it in my opinion. Clean venue with great graffiti artist on the walls. Will definitely be back

Food was average, but I did like the vast array of hot sauces. I might give it one more try if I go to Sun King Brewery in the same shopping center. Sun King allows you to purchase food from Tijuana Flats to enjoy in their establishment.

First time there. I didnt think to tip when I ordered and didnt have cash to do it after and I feel terrible because they definitely deserved it. Excellent service from genuinely nice staff and of course great food. I will be back!

Tasty food with a bevy of hot sauce options, but the fare is about as far from authentic Mexican as you can imagine. Also, dont go here if you expect to eat a burrito the size of your head; the portions arent leftover-worthy.
