I had worked with Aerotek recruiters and employees for many years at my previous job, but never as their employee. Then, when the time came for me to need Aeroteks assistance to find a job in Indianapolis (3 hours away from where I was living), I contacted Wade Franchville. Wade told me he forwarded my resume to Hillary Schmidt, who is their Professional Services Recruiter. Within a couple of days, Hillary called me and told me of a temporary position that would soon be available in Indianapolis within the month. She stayed in constant contact with me, assisted me, helped me in getting my resume updated, and coached me on my interviewing skills. She was helping me to get this job at every step of the way. Because of Hillary, I was the chosen candidate out of many to secure the position. The person who interviewed me as her replacement even told me that she has never worked with a staffing company that was so dedicated to their employees and clients. The person I am filling in for now even had obtained her position through Aerotek. I have never worked for a temporary staffing company before that has been as caring that I obtain the position as Hillary was. Aerotek dont just treat me like an employee, they treat me like a friend. I have even refered two non-employed people that I know to contact Hillary to find a job. Because, if she cant do it then no one can. I had registered with 5 other staffing companies at the time I registered with Aerotek, and Hillary was the only one who really seemed to care if I got a job working for them and representing the Aerotek name. I really cant say enough good things about Aerotek and Hillary.

i would love to put half a star for a few reasons. first, they hardly answer their phone. second, if they do it feels like they give you the run around. third, if you get a recruiter on the phone DONT ever talk to another recruiter! just take my word for it. just imagine taking an old ladies purse right on camera with full audio. and third, they play with your time. for example they can tell you all about a assignment get your references and all other prerequisites but itll take 3 days to call your two references, 2 days to go on the tour and another few to get started. by the way these other reviews are not real. honestly i would put my efforts into another agency but if you want this one just remember what i said on what not to do. and at least when they see this post theyll have to get on their game, have something to gossip about with each other and something to deny to the public.

Waste of time. I went to interview, expressed my desire to move forward and try different positions opposed to factory work. They built me up, sent me to an interview where the guy took one look at me and decided not to even bother with a fair interview. Instead the guy rushed through my resume in less than 5 minutes and sent me on my way, I heard NOTHING back from Areotek until 4 months later, then they offer me a factory position and set up an interview again...only to find out they never scheduled me for an interview and again wasted my time. Stop Emailing me! Stop Calling my phone and wasting my time! Worst staffing agency ever...I know u can pay your employees to write reviews for you, ask me...they are worse than Express. Waste of time. U waste peoples time to meet your interview quota...what a joke!

From the forst phone call I received from Hillary Schmidt regarding an opportunity I felt like Aerotek really wanted my job search to be a success. In the time between my first call and interview at my assignemnt Hillary contacted me several time to give me information and pointers to make sure I was pre pared for my interview. I have never felt so comfortable and prepared to go in and land a job. Every member of the staff that I have come into contact with in my journey has been extremely helpful and made this the best job finding experience I have ever had.

I got a contract job through Aerotek with Melissa Harris as my handler or assistant or whatever you would call the job title. She is who I spoke with concerning my contract and job search. It felt as though she was my secretary doing all this work finding me job offers, answering all my questions, and even listening to me ramble on about various job stuff. She was very prompt in responding to emails and phone calls. Melissa has always been very friendly and personable. I would consider her a valuable asset at Aerotek

I had a bad experience with the first recruiter that gave me a call from this agency. But today I received a call from another recruiter (Eve) who has been much more professional and pleasant to work with thus far. She keeps her word and even though she sounds like she is really busy, she still seems to make an honest effort to keep you up to date. She also looks keenly into what better helps you be in a position to get the job and pay you want! I wish every employment agency had workers like her!

I loved working with everyone at Aerotek and this is my last day with them. Monday I will be Hired on full time at the job they put me with. I will always be grateful. The only criticism I have is that the expectations of things to happen when I was hired were a bit exaggerated. I still love the job, though. Thank you! :)
