The worst experience I have ever witnessed, I cannot believe more people are not catching on. Recruiter was very unorganized, was rarely available if ever, promised call backs that never happened, and the worst possible situation the lies were so awful they didnt even make sense. You will hear things like: "The customer/company liked everyone they interviewed with but they want to interview more people" Hows this possible? "The customer had a concern about your creativity, but I sent you for a Customer Service Job" Know your clients and their needs and dont waste peoples time. "The customer wants to make sure you understand the position" Are you serious? "I was going to call you back but I had to check my voicemails, thats why it took me several hours" Really???? Come up with a better excuse if youre going to make them "I have a great relationship with my customer, but have no idea where you as the candidate, stands in the hiring process" Obviously you have not established a good enough relationship. "We had a job available for you, but we cannot reach our customer now, as they are not returning my calls" I do not understand how this is even possible. There are so many more excuses from these people. I am sharing this detailed information with you because many of you who need a job cannot afford to sit around for 7 weeks waiting on excuses and false information. BUT If you have several months, a desire to hear excuses, and the patience to be treated like a complete idiot than this is the place for you. Otherwise save your time and get the job on your own, you will get it done so much faster.

Update- 11Aug 2017- I finally got my preliminary interview after one month. I was offered to work with another recruiter but decided not to. I am GLAD I stayed with Jennifer Loo. She spent over an hour picking through my resume and asking questions! She set me an interview for a great position at an awesome company! She has been very helpful and responsive through the process. It has been nearly impossible to be noticed through several other avenues and many days of hard work.
