This is a good place to go if you want your time wasted. I have visited pro resources staffing 3 times and still have not been placed with a job. The first time i walked in for an application and was rudely confronted by a staffing agent. She stoped me from getting on the computer telling me i cant just walk in getting on computers. I assured her i had just talked to (Aberham) the lead agent. She continued to act like the was aomthing i did wrong. Once we got past that. As i was on the computer filling out my application i received a phone call and when i stepped away i was told by Aberham "I dont play games" "You can leave". At this point i was ready to go but i really wanted a specific job they were offering so i stayed and completed the application. I then left and was called for an interview with the temp service. So i decided to come back and give it another shot. Once i arrived it was instantly a better experience. I was even greeted with a hello from the front desk lady. Once we got to the interview we talked about two options. Both were good jobs in a close distance to home so i was open to either one. So Aberham sends my resume off and both possitions are unavailable. Why would they tell me about two positions that are unavailable? So i continue to keep in contact cause at this point i just need a job. So.l i get another call from pro resources telling me they have found a position for me. So i come all the way to the office that is 40 min. From my house to fill out more paper work. After that was completed i was sent the WRONG ADDRESS TO INTERVIEW WITH THE COMPANY. I had to call to to get the correct address and it was another 20 min away from the first address i was given so the job was a total 35 min from my home and I asked for something in a decent distance from my home. I had ro decline the offer after a great interview with the company because of the distance. This really sucks because i dont this pro resources is going to give me an assignment again because of there mistake and ive tured down a job thinking Pro Resources "Dont Play Games".

My fiance, Shawn Ward, is a former employee of this dump. I am a store manager at Family Dollar and I was robbed at my store at gunpoint on 8/22/2017. He took the following day off to emotially support me in my time of need, as anyone with a heart would have done. He took all of the required measures to call off work and was told it was fine for him to take the day off. The same day he was fired via text message. I would not recommend this joke of a company to anyone as they do not care about their employees or their families. I have also been telling everyone I know about the experience and will continue to do so.

Pro Resources claims to have become an ally of the homeless; yet, they have not donated ANYTHING to assist the homeless population in Indy. They also claim to give second chances to those with CERTAIN criminal histories; yet, many homeless individuals have serious felony backrounds. Dont buy in to Pro Resouces claim- they are an ally of their profit margin and nothing more.

Excellent company and staff! Pro has helped me get into an excellent career and has helped many of my friends find work all over Indiana. They work very well with local businesses to find the right person for the right job. If you are looking for work (full or part time), this is the place! Thank you very much Pro!!!

2 separate occasions Ive been interviewed on a job paying 23 dollars an hour only to be told afterwards that the position is no longer hiring then pushed towards a job that only pays half. Classic bait and switch Ill be contacting the BBB this afternoon.
