Useless. I hate to mention a competitor, at the risk of being thought that this is spam, but I think it will be helpful for comparison. I applied at both Spherion and thatsgoodHR. A friend of mine actually recommended thatgoodHR, said she loved it, and also told me about Spherion (but had not seen any results with Spherion). Now I know for myself. I interviewed with Sarah Shebish. All went extremely well, I thought. She told me about two positions that sounded very promising. One of them was working at Spherion! Both paid $15/hour. The last I heard from Sarah was 2 Wednesdays ago. I emailed her after the interview, with no response from her. Then I called several times and finally got through to her. I told her that I just wanted to be sure she got my email. She said, "Oh, yeah I got it. Was that all you needed?" Contrast this with thatsgoodHR. I interviewed with Lindsey. My friend had told me that she loved Lindsey, and that Lindsey was great. This has been my experience as well. Since my interview with Lindsey (about a day or two after my interview at Spherion), Lindsey has contacted me with 3 different jobs, each paying $14 or $15/hr, then asking me whether Id be interested. Its clear that Lindsey at thatsgoodHR is actually working hard (for me). Its clear that Sarah has done nothing (for me)...didnt even have the courtesy of emailing me back, "Thanks, got it!" or "Those two jobs I told you about dont exist anymore, sorry!" Just nothing.

I pulled a muscle at one of their jobs was told to take till monday off and went back that monday repulled my muscle when i asked to be put on another position the manager said keep going i walked outside asked for reassignment they told me to bring the doctors slip up to the office to get reassigned the lady that told me to take till monday off lied about saying it and they refused to place me i would not recommend this place at all i will not be returning

I was sent on an assignment for this company which I worked for two weeks. I was called into the office and informed that my profile was incomplete and I couldnt come back until it was complete. I called and called Spherion to no avail. Finally, I called corporate office and was still given NO information. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Very unprofessional and they lack necessary communication skills.

This place really needs improvement. The communication is practically non existent. I went in and took my drug test for a second time after being placed on an assignment on a shift that I didnt ask for and still havent herd anything. I wish they put in as much effort to help ppl as they did to remodel that office. If I could give no stars at all..

One of the worst Staffing Agencies Ive ever went through. It takes days to hear back from them. You leave message after message and you get no answer back. One star is too good of a rating for them, they dont even deserve half of one.

Spherion is an ok staffing agency but they take long asf to assign jobs and they send people to sp Richards that has horrible co worker management and supervisors they all were very ghetto and not about the right
