Bill Shirley went way out of his way to be helpful and accommodating when I needed to make arrangements in Kokomo though I live in Oregon. He knew all the relevant administrative and planning details that made it possible for me to have a smooth and easy experience. The cremation and pre-paid plan was already done when I contacted him so getting this much care and compassion for a very small piece of business showed a real generosity of spirit and professionalism. Anyone who can work with him in their actual time of need is lucky indeed!

They handled my brothers cremation on February 9th, 2016. It took 3 phone calls to get the death certificates. Each time I was told they would be put in the mail that day. Ultimately, they were found 3 weeks later on somebodys desk. Death certificates came at the end of March. The price of cremation was 2,495 dollars. When I called to pay the bill, they charged my card 5,244 dollars which obviously was a 2700 dollar mistake. Very unprofessional.

The owners are no better than thieves who knowingly cheat the funeral directors out of overtime pay. I cant believe they profess to be Christians.
