I called them to set up an appointment for a simple oil change. I was comparing Tire Discounters cost for an oil change and Bright Automotive. Both were competitive in price, but like most people in Bright, Id happily give my business to a local shop instead of a chain. I asked what brand of oil and filter they use to which they happily answered. After mentioning I had not heard of the brand of oil filter they use, I asked if it was made by another popular brand and just re-branded which is not uncommon. To my surprise, the owner replied, "You should just go to Tire Discounters" and hung up. I was speechless. If they do not have the time to answer a question then imagine what corners they may cut when youre at work and your vehicle that you rely on for safety and reliability is in their hands. I would have been a third time customer here but the rudeness I experienced made sure it was my last. Maybe he was just having a bad day? I hate to leave negative reviews on local shops but rudeness to a customer goes a long way in my book.
