If I could give a negative amount of stars I would. I signed up hoping it would pan out. After riding out my 6 month contract and then some I decided the ROI was not what I was expecting....not even close. A colossal waste of money. I do take responsibility for signing up and you live and learn. However, when I went to cancel it was like pulling teeth. They said my "analyst", who never answers her phone or returns my calls, would call me back because they sent her an e-mail (already did myself), would be in touch.....two days later I call them. Oh.....really....youll send another request to my analyst......WOW, thanks thats great. Maybe the delay is created from the fact that the call center is India?!?! What a crock of Sh*#. Your telling me I cant talk to a CS agent and move my cancellation along. Strongly urge anyone considering this move to NOT move forward regardless of what they say or show you.

I was told that Hibu could increase my Google presence, resulting in more phone calls, and more customers. They have failed on all counts. I would not recommend Hibu to anyone. I still have 4 months remaining on my contract, but once I told my rep that I was not going to renew my contract, my rep dropped all contact with me.

We have been contacted at least three times in a week. Told first caller we are not interested. Told second caller not to call back. Third call came in and I told them to take us off calling list or Im reporting them as spam.

Customer service TAKES FOREVER to respond. Prepare to be on hold forever and they act like they dont want to give you any login info to your OWN listings. Not happy for what we pay.
