I wanted to get a body wrap a week before my wedding so I scheduled an Appt at Palace; which was two hours away from me, but the closest place I could find an inch-loss body wrap. I called two days prior AND the day of to confirm my appointment because I didnt want to show up and find out that the 1 woman who can do the wraps wasnt there. Well unfortunately for me, I arrived 15 minutes early, and 45 minutes later I was still waiting. A girl at the salon tried to call the no-show (Laurie) but couldnt get a hold of her and told me she couldnt do anything about it. So basically I traveled a total of four hours for nothing. Furthermore, the Salon, or Laurie for that matter never called me back to try to make it right. Apparently customers are not the first priority at Palace. I called back today (two weeks after the intial scheduled appointment) and talked to a manager who said that even though the body wraps take place in their salon, the lady who does it runs her own business and therefore their hands are tied. If its her own business, then why do I have to call the Salon to make the appointment and why doesnt Laurie have a personal number to call for her wraps? This has been a very negative experience and I would not recommend anyone going to this salon if you want good customer service.

I love this place and have always had excellent service. Very flexible in scheduling an appointment and can text my hair person (Jill Ford) anytime and she will fit me in. She does an amazing job with my hair. I would recommend this place to all my friends and family. The staff are all very friendly and never had any problems with anything.

Love this place!! I always get exactly what I came in for and all the staff are professional and pleasant. Terra is top notch, one of the best stylists Ive been to. She always accommodates my crazy schedule and gets me in.

I have been enjoying the great service and skill level from PBS since the early 90s. Would recommend them to all for both hair and salon services. Price rates are fair also.
