As a small business owner, investing in a website is a huge decision. I have always been so impressed by the work Happy Medium does for other businesses I knew they would be the company I worked with to do my website. I simply cant say enough amazing things about the process behind making this all happen. I had an initial meeting to discover what I wanted to achieve, how to make my personality show, and what goals I wanted to get out of this website. The took the time to figure out what was most important to me! At meeting number 2, they blew me away with initial design proposals! They were always there to answer all of my crazy questions and endless emails. The entire team is full of talented professionals that are the best in the industry. Poor communication. Not Responsive. Cancels last minute meetings with no reason. CEO will have secretary do her dirty work for her when shes embarrassed or too "busy" to do it herself. Some qualified and good employees. Clients only like them because the client is not web, content or media savy what so ever. Other competitors in the area will go above and beyond for there clients. No future outlook at this company as they dont know what they want. Good luck!
