We called at 3:30 asking when they closed. They said 7pm. When we show up it was about 5:20. They were the only two people in there. So we asked if we could get a pedicure. He said that he wasnt planning on doing anymore nails tonight and that he was going to close. We asked what time he closed again, he said 7pm then he said but I was just planning on closing after this customer that he was currently working on. So we left after driving 30 minutes to get there.

They said they closed at 7:00 and we could walk in without an appointment... drove 30 minutes to get our nails done there, walked in at 5:20 and there was one man in there that said he is closing up and we have to make an appointment. We asked what time they actually close and the man told us their closing time is 7:00. Theres no reason they should turn down customers and close 1 hour and 40 minutes early.

The workers were polite and nice.. Thats not the problem, the problem is my nails arent what I wanted. None are the same length, etc. some are not even filled in all the way, the shape is way off. My pinky is barely a "full set" nail. First visit. (Out of stater)

Called and asked if we needed an appointment, said no. Walked in at 5:20, said what we needed, guy said he couldnt get in because he was closing soon. He then proceeded to tell us he didnt close until 7:00 but he still couldnt get us in.
