im so sad about Bellers! i have been bringing my girls there for three years, and have been treated so poorly by the staff! Tonight was the recital, my family and I had a death in the family and we showed up without tickets, i explained the situation to two staff members and they were so rude, so rude!!! I was belittled and stared at about not having known the information was sent through email and then they never said "oh sorry for your loss"! i am shocked! I would have expected human decency! After three years we are going elsewhere, and i hope this review can prevent any other faulty treatment of loyal customers!!! I simply do not understand under any circumstance being treated with shame and disdain for not having tickets and needing 10 minutes of extra attention!
