Their confusing system of accepting customers makes for a bad experience. Apparently, even though you may be listed as "next" on the board, phone call and online reservations take precedence over walk ins. So, your anticipated wait of 15 minutes (when your name is listed as "next" and there is only one person currently being served) can turn into 30-60 minutes. This system is confusing and unfair to the walk in customer. I would highly recommend going to Great Clips if you are a walk in, never had such frustration there.

First of all the hours are so wrong on this page. Sunday they open up at 12, its listed 11 on their own website. They close up during random times of the day with a note saying "temporarily closed.." I feel like this place used to have good service and it just went downhill ever since. All these 5 stars reviews are probably fake, these people probably never even got a hair cut here, considering their hours of operation are like 5 hours per day.
