Appalachian Springers
Family member had life insurance and London Funeral Home knew this. They called insisting on $5,000 immediately and told us that the policy would not pay out so we better get $5,000 to them NOW. Rumors of them talking about my family got back to us as well. Very unprofessional. The life Ins did pay but I guess they didnt want to wait for the 30 day turn around on the check getting issued. someone needs to teach these people some empathy.
