I have always been very pleased with them until today (6/20/17). After having my car washed I got out to vacuum my car out and looked at my tires which I wasnt satisfied with. So like always I went and asked for them to come out and shine them for me. Only I was questioned by the gentleman in the red shirt, which stated to just give them a chance to dry. So I vacuumed out my car and when they were dried still looked like they werent even touched. So instead of confrontation I left. Until today I have always been happy with this car wash in the past but after today I cannot say that I will be back. Its a shame that a business looses customers over a simple request.

This is *not* a touch-free car wash, so be sure to turn your side view mirrors inwards if theyre movable. When this place was new, some of the spinny things screwed up one of my wiper arms pretty bad on my old car, havent had any trouble since though. Its a risk you take going to something not touch free. Cheetah Clean is, however, very fast and the free unlimited vacuuming is a godsend.

We took our Honda CRV thru the car wash and had several scratches on the hood. We filled out a report and took photos. This was in August 2014. I have spoken only once with the manager. I have left messages and no return calls from the manager or owner. NEVER would I take my vehicle there again.

The two license plate lights were ripped off the back of my truck from the car wash. Its a little to rough in my opinion. Didnt clean the bottom of the doors good either. I would not recommend taking a full size truck through this car wash. Small to medium cars might be okay.

Great car wash with powerful vacuums. Pre-soak bug spray and scrub brushes available. Attendant usually washes bugs and problem areas before you go in the wash machine.

You would think after buying the most expensive wash it would get the car halfway clean. Instead I had to go to another car wash and do it myself........
