Best shave/haircut Ive ever had. Ever. Period. Seriously. From the moment I was greeted by Nicole, Nissans wife, upon entering to the time I bid them both farewell, this was a fantastic experience: - Nicole was very warm and inviting - The parlor (i almost called it a shop but its so much more than just a shop) was clean and very comfortable. - Nissans attention to detail is beyond compare - Seriously, Nissans attention to detail deserves at least two bullets because of how much he actually cares about giving a good shave/cut - The background music was relaxing and unobtrusive - Nissan and I had a great conversation for the entire time and he tried his best to include Nicole in the conversation at times too - I got the GQ service and Im going to get it again and again for as long as Im living in Baton Rouge Seriously, if youre looking for a straight razor shave, make an appointment to see Nissan. If youre looking for a haircut, make an appointment to see Nissan. If youre a man with hair on your face or head, do yourself the favor of making an appointment to see Nissan.

Exactly what I was looking for in a barber. The shop was clean, quaint, and professional. Service was friendly and accommodating. Mr. Ballards skills were head and shoulders above the other barbers I have frequented in the past. Beyond satisfied with the results!
