I work in product design, but also graphic design. I do a lot of print work for different products. So obviously I print things. I use this location ALL the time for quality prints. Hours are great! Staff is usually always friendly and willing to help. BUT you do need to do your part! If you have a file that needs to be printed use a file type FedEx/Kinkos CAN USE. From one customer to another, have your stuff together to minimize something taking too long or something going wrong. DO YOUR PART! I see so many customers go in to this store with nothing prepared for the employees to print correctly and the customers have the nerve to get upset. The staff is is usually always friendly and patient even when it gets busy. I know many customers from the South Shore who will drive to the North Shore to this location just because the atmosphere is calmer, less busy, and the staff is more helpful and knowledgable on what theyre doing!

I spent 40 mins. in there today and no one even tried to help me. I need some signs for a christmas party. There were 3 full grown women in there all complaining who was gonna take lunck next. I mean come on. R we in high school. I dont care who eats lunch and when I was there to pay for a service and ended up walking out. They lost a few hundred dollars, and this is the 3rd time this has happened to me at this location this year.!! I will not go back again. I found another place in covington called SIGN HERE. They took my order in under 3 mins. Flipp U KINKO"S u screwed me 2 many times..NO MORE CHANCES. GET SOME REAL CUSTOMER SERVICE REPS.

Automated printing etc is fine, but has gotten worse since and Ive used it a couple of times before. Dont go in trying to print a bunch of documents at this PRINT center though. Tried to use the automated printing to print a bunch of .pdfs, but the machine couldnt open any of them and told me to get some help from the desk. Desk offered to do it, but over 5 documents means 60 dollars an hour of "processing fees" with whatever the printouts cost. 60 dollars an hour for someone to press PRINT for me from their computer? hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha. what a joke. Ill support the local printer from now on.

I actually worked at this location for a couple years and it is well-managed and the staff is very friendly and we all worked together really well. I still go there now and then and service remains top notch (even with new employees that dont recognize me). I left there because after a year of working there they gave me a mere 15 cent raise but if they wouldve better paid me I may have stayed because the atmosphere was so upbeat.

Way over priced, and poor customer service. Employees complain about having to do small cuts for invitations. Complained about everything!! Limited choices on paper for invitations. Nickel and dime you for everything. Ridiculously over priced. If you are looking for a GREAT print shop go to KENTZEL PRINTING in Covington, LA!!!! BEST PRINT SHOP, HANDS DOWN!!! GREAT PRICES, GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Really frustrating that they have a line of over 6 people and have been servicing the same person for over 10 mins and only have one register open! Mean while they have three people in the back cutting and making copies. You would think at least one other team member would stop to help

Horrible, i ordered my son an xbox one controller for his birthday and waited a week for it to come in... It never came, Come to find out that the controller was stolen by the delivery guy.... What ashame, Never again will i use fedex

Very helpful, they helped with printing up my plane ticket back home. I packed light and didnt have a place to print it up. Very knowledgeable staff and team working and willing to help.
