The staff gets a much better grade than the facility, because of the extra feeling of true sympathy and compassion, buts thats all. We did have problems with program layouts, order of music play lists and a sense of a general lack of organized, committed, and professional people. But thats just my opinion and my experience. Otherwise, the heart felt moments and genuine condolences from the staff were unexpected and very welcomed! Hence the 4 stars. Good Job Rose - Neath Staff! Keep up the good job!

The messed up everything. They even embalmed my mother and we didnt want her embalmed. The family has always used them up until now. They have really gone downhill. I dont recommend them.
