Food was very good and our waitress was excellent; however, the gentleman who greeted us on arrival (Friday evening 12th August) was not! We were asked if we had made a reservation and when we said we hadnt, he told us that we should because they didnt like people standing in the hallway! He then offered us a table but, because if his cool reception, we felt as though someone else would have to wait - but only one other group came in, with a reservation, and they had at least two empty tables for the rest of the evening!!! We have been several times before, generally for Sunday brunch, and felt welcome, however, we havent suffered this gentleman before. There is a way to suggest that it is always advise able to make a reservation, and this isnt it. Hopefully, management will take this to heart, as it spoilt an otherwise good experience.

Atmosphere inside is on the dark side. Quite small. Outside was also small, quite buggy, gnats were flying around and there were mosquitoes. Food portions are on the small side although the salads I observed at other tables looked huge. There was no dessert menu but since there so few, our waitress described everything. Problem is two of the four were described incorrectly and as a result, one had to be turned back (allergy). Overall, I think you can get more bang for your buck elsewhere.

The food was good***** but over shadowed by the fact that our waitress Charged someone elses food to my Card. There was no immediately resolution nor did I receive an apology. I brought her Error to her attention and Im still dealing with it also.**** Easy resolution could have happened such as An Apology!!!!!!! Plus ****** Give me the Cash for the amount Charged to my Card in Your Error **** I will not go back there because of the Confusion and Unprofessional way I was treated.

Fantastic food and dining experience. Prices are very good considering the quality of the menu. We had the crab & tomato soup, haddock chowder, crab cakes, pork osso bucco and a scallop special and everything was an absolute home run. Dont let the odd location fool you, this restaurant is excellent. Their catering business is in Biddeford make sure you have the Saco location in your GPS or youll end up at the wrong place.

Outstanding food. A refreshing selection of intentionally gluten free dishes (including dessert). Probably the best presentation of scallops Ive ever eaten. They only have a few tables, so be sure to get a reservation. Their location is incredibly obscure, especially for such a hidden gem, but the atmosphere is great and the food, simply stunning.

This place was not only super delicious, but very affordable as well. Its a little hole in the wall underneath a salon, but once you get downstairs youre instantly transported into this really nice, sophisticated and beautiful homey restaurant. Our waiter was very attentive and funny. Definitely going back, its a must go!

Incredible food. Very friendly staff, weve been twice and had the same waitress each time. Her help with wine pairing was excellent, cant wait for our next visit. Little on the pricey side but for the quality it is worth it. This is a must try if you have not.

The Lobster Rosoto is excellent and the owners went out of there way to serve us. Highly recommended especially for people with food allergies and Celiac disease.
