ZERO stars. This company is pathetic. Our washing machine has been out of order for over 10 days now!! Every time I call them they give me a different excuse and claim it wasnt called in when I personally called it along with other residents. Then I talked to a "supervisor" named Veronica I think and she PROMISED me someone would be out either yesterday, but if not definitely today (Saturday) and guess what? NO SHOW AGAIN! The residents of this building are ALL reporting them to the Better Business Bureau because they are a JOKE!! Horrible customer service. Blatant liars. Run away from using this company if you are a property manager. If you are a resident, god help you. You will be doing your laundry at the laundromat.

No stars. This companys service is beyond putrid. A service request on my apartment complexs lone card machine was called in 12 days ago, and so far there has been no response. As a result, those many residents who need to replenish their cards to use the washing machines have been forced to drive to laundromats, When I called a customer service rep, she said service would take 24 hours -- pure fiction.

Zero stars would be more accurate. I cannot even begin to detail the hassles I am having for several months regarding a contract. Terrible customer service. Ive made at least a dozen calls, left messages and sent certified letters and still cant get any response.

First time using this laundry machine at my residence and was charged more then what I used. I only used the washing machine twice and dryer twice and was charge $14.00, how when each use is $1.75??

They do not deserve any star. Our building has been calling for 2 weeks, laundry piled up in basement. They do absolutely nothing. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

If I could give them a 0 that would be better and more accurate. This company will lock you in with a contract and they wont service any of their equipment. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS HEADACHE
