The first time I came here it was a 45 min wait, I needed a bang trim. I asked for just a slight trim to get the frizzy ends off, I ended up with super short bangs. On top of that the womans attitude was horrible. Came back a second time thinking maybe it was just that one woman, and there arent many options in the area. Again for a bang trim, it took an hour. People that came in after me got service before I did. Again, the attitude of the girl was horrible.

I went here a couple times before we moved. Both times was sort of out of desperation, due to unplanned events I had to attend. I was pleasantly surprised! I had a shampoo, cut (short) & style done and the woman who did my hair was great. She was friendly and nice and did a great job on my hair. The Salon was clean and orderly and the price was pretty affordable. Decent place.

Horrible customer service. My hair was pulled and combed through very roughly. I asked for cool light brown highlights and they came out being orange! My mom wanted caramel highlights and the hair stylist confirmed my mother she would get the color she wanted. They were also orange! NON - EXPERIENCED workers.
