I have learned the hard way that you get what you pay for. That said, I chose this place over all other discount dry cleaners that are ~ $2.25. There is actual customer service here instead of being made to feel like they are doing you a favor. The staff seem to genuinely care about their customers. I was pleased that I had no language barrier as well.

Staff is always polite and courteous. Been going to cleaners for over 30 years and everyone makes mistakes. J & J are the only ones who will make it right every time. Outstanding tailors as well if you need alterations. Very good at handling antique table cloths also.

Ive had alterations and cleaning done here a few times, Its the only cleaners ill go to now. Hours are great and the people are friendly. I highly recommend J & J!
