I like Supercuts because in general they do a very good job and the staff is very kind. I usually go to the one in Sudbury but this time I tried this one because is open until late. I called in advance to set up an appointment because I really dont like to wait. When I arrived, the girl in the front desk was very friendly but afterwards I was not so lucky and got a very cranky woman to cut my hair. Sorry I didnt get the name, so I will just call her the "cranky blonde". This woman not only did a poor job, but also kept being ironic and telling me that she was in a rush and that I really needed a hair cut. Even the rest of the staff there (by the way, very friendly people) realized that she was not doing a good job, but she was also impolite to them. I should have left but I thought I dont want to go to work next day with only half of my hair cut. When I was done I went to the front desk and paid. Surprisingly the cranky blonde came, sort of claiming a tip. I couldnt believe it. Obviously I didnt tip her, and when she was back to her job I tip the front desk girl instead. I dont know what was wrong with her, maybe she didnt like me, or maybe she didnt like my accent. Obviously she doesnt like her job and is lazy and disrespectful not only to customers but also to co-workers. So in overall I would advice Supercuts to get rid of her, because is damaging Supercuts reputation. As I said, the staff in Supercuts is usually really nice. I will keep going to the one in Sudbury as usual, but if I need to go later or they cannot give an appointment I will still go to Framingham. Of course I will request not to get the cranky blonde, but I guess she will not be there for too long. Hope it helps. Thanks.

As an older guy,I dont need a fancy haircut at this point of my life. A simple clipper cut works well for me. As a result, Supercuts does just fine by me. Sam, my regular stylist, does a great job and listens to what I want from one season to another. She blends the differing side and top lengths and takes her time to get the little details right. Im very happy with the results.

I entered the saloon around 1.5 hours before they were supposed to close. They had 4 people waiting in queue. i was ready to wait for 1.5 hours for my turn. But they out rightly refused to take me. I did mention that I have problem in waiting but they declined and asked me to come next day. I have never seen such a rude behavior. Sure that was my last visit to that saloon.

Its Supercuts. They want you to call ahead but wont treat it as a strict reservation. The quality of the cut depends on who you get to cut it, which is random but always good enough. At $18 a basic hair cut (before tip) thats about all you can expect.

full of negativity and snobbish employees. No stars. I can wait for lustria salon. No discrimination there. Just happy atmosphere . Lustria is LGBTQ friendly.
