Im sad to say this place has lost my business once and for all. Today was the second time in a row that I walked down only to find that they cant open their doors on time. They actually lost 3 customers, including myself, all of which waited until about 10:15. After walking home to find a new place to go to today, I drove by on my way to the new shop and noticed that at 10:30, 30 minutes after their posted opening, they were still not open. I got there at 10 so I could get in and out. The wait time is generally very long if you dont because they seem to be severely under staffed. The week prior, I got there at 12:25 on a Sunday and they were not open, even though posted opening time is 12:00. My experience there when I actually was able to get my hair cut was generally positive. However, the last time I was there I had a fairly inconsistent cut, and the owner was being outright rude and unprofessional to my barber. This seemed to have stemmed from another barber that was let go, and this barber was being treated as if he did something wrong because his prior client asked him where he played an intramural sport. Somehow that translated into this guy being shady. Perhaps this is why I didnt get the cut I was expecting, but good for the barber to stand his ground and stand up for himself. Given the last experience in the shop, as well as the last two attempts to get a cut with them not opening on time has made up my mind that this place isnt for me. I hope the owner realizes this isnt a sustainable business model. Given the other fantastic choices in the area, she really needs to step it up and give customers a professional, consistent experience. I cant say I didnt try to give them an extra chance.

Amazing!! Just got my first cut & beard trim. Moved out here 3 yrs ago from California and have been looking for a real barber here ever since. Finally!!! The search is over!! This dude is freakin awesome!! Straight Cali style!! Im bringing my 2 sons here asap. Best fade Ive had in yrs!! He pays attention to details. You dont see that almost ever these days. The shops clean & laid back atmosphere topped with some cool music videos on the flat screen. This is the barbershop Ive been looking for since moving out here and its the only shop my boys and I will be going to from now on!!! Thanx for the sweet cut, you guys rock!!!

I was more than impressed with legendz... they went above and beyond with there services and were very professional. Unlike other places, they came right up and greeted us the minute we walked in and made us feel at home.... the barbers were precise and very accurate on the the haircut and theyre work came out amazing... im so happy with my experience here I will definitely be coming back again! Thank you once again for ur hospitality, kindness and the best haircut ever!!!!!

Walked in about an hour after opening and was seen right away by Jose. Very attentive to how I wanted my hair cut and he did a great job with the head abbr beard. Def worth the trip from Lawrence. Waiting area and the shop overall is very nice, clean, with a modern look. Prices are right on point for the level of service you get. Theyre also vet owned and ran which to me is also a huge plus.

This place is great! Havent been to a barbershop in over 10 years and it didnt disappoint. The owner greats you as you come in and is very friendly. Not only did I get a phenomenal haircut but I got my very first razor shave. I highly recommend going to this place! 5 stars all the way. Carlos is the barber who did my cut and shave, great friendly guy. Five stars all the way!

Im born and raised in NYC, moved here to MA 7 years ago, been to dozens and Dozens of shops all over and This is first one in MA where a Barber named Giovani knew what a skin fade is supposed to look like and the only one that used a real razor blade without me having to tell him. I was like wow holy cow, This is now my permanent shop for life!

I just recently moved to Lowell, and I was looking for a good barbershop. Until I found Barbershop Legendz, I was commuting back to Lynn to get my haircut. But this place is nice. The barber Angel is talented,.and the atmosphere is very pleasant. My son loves it too. If you are in Lowell, and need your hair cut, this is the shop for you.

I Went to this shop for the very first time on Wednesday last week and the experience I had was the best I experienced since my hometown in the south, they are some bad barbers they so bad they can throw the Clippers across the parking lot and give u a finonminal CUTT!
