I wasted my fuel, time and effort applying here. I truly believe the CDL position never existed in the fist place. Theyre just throwing out the fishing line and "taking names" with ZERO respect for your time or efforts. Their interview process is funny is "seems real" but to me, was a joke! They also have their own urine testing on spot and somehow know the results within minutes?? How is that possible. I passed. Guessing everyone does? Spent close to 50 bucks running back and fourth like a chump getting/paying for my own driving record from the DMV etc. Then, as I mentioned- "suddenly" the job as a driver wasnt available. Now I get text messages from these clowns such as "Work TONIGHT" 12.00 an hour- when I look up the address its like 2 hours away. I made 14 bucks an hour in HIGH SCHOOL! No thanks Alpha! Truckers are in high demand and under paid. They dont need to share 25% of their pay with you for doing nothing (if and when) something comes up. Again, job postings are -FAKE-in my opinion. Its a maybe "last hope" place if youre homeless. Theyd love that. Sure Pal, Slump there bags of dirt for 8 hours for 10 bucks an hour. As for tomorrow- Well get back to ya

I had been looking for work for a while with no luck when a friend recommended The Alpha Group, at first I was skeptical because I have never used a staffing agency. I called and scheduled an appointment and was immediately impressed with how helpful and professional the staff were. After a brief interview where they gathered my preferences on work and my available hours I was on my way. To my surprise within a week I received a call from them because they had a couple of job openings that fit my schedule. They set up an interview with the company for me and within a couple of days I was getting back onto my feet working a new job.

I would highly recommend the Alpha Group. I have been with a staffing firm before and the difference with this place compared to there was they actually took the time to know what I wanted, at the other place its as if they could care less I was there. Even though the girl I was interviewing with (Erika) was training, her boss Jessica was with her and they were very nice and professional. I was not happy at my current job and explained to them why. She took the time to acknowledge why and offered me a job that I was looking for and have been with that company every since!

my personal feelings about this agency as well as all employment agencys they suck off of you like leeches you work and each hour your at work they are being paid. these places need to all be shut down. Companies need to reopen their human resource and payroll dept. and hire direct and stop these greedy bullshit operations from carrying on. and yes this agency like all truly sucks you have been warned

Jessica and Chris are a breathe of fresh air to work with. Prompt, caring, empathetic, and put you in jobs tailor made for you to excel in. They offer classes to help you brush up on your computer skills and make you feel welcome. I would say IMHO, they are Massachusetts best staffing agency. Thanks a bunch. Best, Joanna
