I went to margaritas with a party of 8. We were seated right away, however it took a long time for us to get any food. I was on my 3rd margarita before the food arrived. Every time our food was delivered it was delivered by a different person, and each waiter kept calling our food by different names then what it was called on the menu, this led to a lot of confusion. One of my friends kept receiving a beef burrito when he ordered chicken. My other friend kept ending up with the wrong burrito as well. It took the waiters 3 times to get it right. The manager comped one of the meals. Our main waiter gave us a cold apology and left us waiting forever at the end, we ended up having to take the bill to the front desk. We left to get dessert at a different restaurant. I was beyond disappointed with our service. I wont be returning to this establishment.

Taking into account I am not one who usually reviews and this was my first experience here: Margarita was awesome, service excellent, food awful. Taco shell was pita bread...extremely unappetizing, refried beans were the most uncharacteristic take on Mexican refried beans Ive ever had, Mexican rice might as well have been dreampt up by some Chinese guy with bad taste, and the salsa tastes like taco sauce (wtf to the guy that said best salsa ever, you live under a bridge? Go for the drinks if you must go at all, but Im tired of these so called mexican restaurants that dont serve traditional Mexican food

2 stars for the waitress. The food and drinks however left MUCH to be desired! The chicken tortilla "salad" was disgusting. It was more like a bowl filled with taco sauce that had a few pieces of drowned lettuce and chicken bits floating in it. That mess was covered in sour cream, sprinkle of cheese and a dab of guacamole. I was encouraged to get the more expensive margarita because it was "better quality". If there was any alcohol in it, I could not detect it. It was like drinking lime flavored water which is tasty but not what I ordered. Ill not return!

I love Margaritas however I just got the most disturbing news. Margaritas in Revere,, MA advertises on Google that their restaurant is open until 1 am M-F. So, I called the restaurant at 11:30 pm to place a pick-up order. The woman on the phone informs me that I cannot place an order tonight because the restaurants kitchen is closed. I informed her that Google states that Margaritas is open until 1 am and doesnt mention anything about the kitchen closing at 10 am. I have been a customer and loyal patron. Now...Very unhappy patron.

Service is extremely slow. Waited for 30 minutes at an empty table waiting for someone to talk to us. Waitresses passed our table multiple times without greeting us. There were four or five other tables in the bar area, but nothing that would make service this slow. Margaritas were watered down by the time they made it to our table and were way more ice than margarita. Definitely not worth the $8. Food took a very long time to make it to our table as well. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone.

I dont usually review anything unless it was either pretty bad or good experience. I have to tell you this place kinda sucks. The only good thing might be the nachos and the margarita I had. But, man, the waitress are so dumb. They bring us our food with no utensils, and I said to myself she probably went to get them. I had to call my waitress to get them! And on top of that I just saw the charged me more than what the check was. Come on fix up your service and trustworthiness.

I love this location. The chips are always great, the food is reasonably priced and its well managed. I went here for Cinco de Mayo and our wait was understandably long so I was ready to get upset when our order got mixed up on top of all that. However, the manager took the time to come out and apologize which made all the difference. You could tell he was genuine and involved. His conduct saved the experience from being ruined.

My review was initially going to be negative because I waited approximately 15 minutes before my server came to my table. However, once he arrived he was very attentive and had a very good and friendly. As for the food, my only complaint is that it left no room for one of those delicious looking deserts! It was delicious! I would like to thank Pedro for turning my initial thoughts around & proving a very good dining experience!

The service was terrible. It was too slow. When I come in, nobody cares. I should wait more than 20 minutes. Even I request to order, they just say couple of minutes. Of course I should wait more than couple of minutes. Also I had a meal with a voucher from the airline, but they didnt notice me alcohol is not included with this voucher. The worse thing is they checked wrong price.

The other negative reviews were spot on... We were one of two couples in the restaurant, and the service was still very slow, and thats putting in nicely. The food was neither authentic nor good. The restaurant smelled dirty. The drinks were good, so I gave them a second star. For future potential patrons: this is a legit review. Youd be better off choosing somewhere else to eat.

We stopped for something to eat and drink. Food was good. The waitress (a Colombian girl), was extremely rude and acted unprofessionally. She became irritated and screamed at us across the restaurant. It was embarrassing. were very disappointed with her actions. I doubt I will return and do not recommend this place because of this waitress. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER........

I went on lunch time and had one of the best and juicy seafood tacos ever had; went ahead and took friends with the following weekend and it was a shame: shrimp tasted old and food seemed like it was left out on the line for long. I was disappointed, expected same experience as the first visit.

It was sub standard I was not really that impressed with the service. The waitress was not that friendly probally because she was covering far too many sections. When we got out food about 45 minutes klater it was luke warm as if it had bee=nn sitting there for hours..

Slowest service ever. Just ordering took forever, we contemplated leaving. Wait for a simple order was excruciating. Then for silverware, refill on water. A side of sauce that never did come. What should have been a quick relaxing meal too over an hour.

My friend and I went to this restaurant on yesterday, May 23, 2016. We saw three bartenders (guys) at the bar, one of the bartenders left when he saw us walk in the lounge area. Service bad, food was bad and bartenders were rude.. Negative zero

Good for a quick bite. Also convenient and open late. Limited menu from like 10:/10:30 to 12midnight, after most places close the kitchen. Kinda hard to spot if youre not familiar with it or staying in the hotel.

The cops and salsa were very good. Our entrees seemed like they were under the heat lamp for a long time and not very good overall. The service was very slow even though it was not busy. I wont be going back.
